Giovanna?s is a nice place to stop in and eat or Oder ahead of time and pick it up . There prices are reasonable, there pizza?s... are good . The pasta dishes are also good . The staff is always very friendly and always have a good attitude. I used to eathere sometimes and I would always enjoy myself or being with friends . If you live in the area and are looking for a reasonableplace to eat , stop in and give this place a try . Read more
Giovanna's Carryout are the BEST. Cheesesteak Subs are just incredible. I have lived in the Parkville/ Hamilton area now for 40... years now. I have tried Cheesesteak subs at every carryout in the Parkville area and Honestly Giovannas just cannot be beat.Very clean resturant and cozy location. Pizza is incredible as well. Pros: With costs going up everywhere, this place was a good value. We fed 8 people with a variety of foods including pizza,... kid's meals, sides, and a sub and didn't have to spend 80 to 100 to do it. The garlic bread was actual bread (some of thesetypes of places use sub buns so we appreciated the slices. And I think there 4 in the order.) The Italian cold cut sub was goodwith fresh bread. The other members of my party enjoyed the pizza. (It wasn't the greatest of all time and a had a sweet sauce,but I think they would get it again). Cons: The order took close to an hour. Now I actually wouldn't mind that on a weekendnight except we were told 15 to 25 min. So they need to be more realistic. The fries were cold like not warm at all. So theymust have been sitting while something else cooked. Overall, I think we will return but we won't be driving out of our way toget it. Giovanna's Italian kitchen is by far one of the best places for Italian food, and in Baltimore there are many. This location is... in Northeast Baltimore, and it has an excellent selection of specialties every day, along with the menu fair. It was here I fellin love with ravioli again. The crew and manager are very friendly people, and always have a kind word to share. It is verypopular, especially at dinner.
