Took over a half an hour from when I placed my order until I received it, but it was the same for every other customer there. I... ordered a Quarter Pounder (no pickles) and received a Quarter Pounder BLT (with extra pickles). I give this restaurant 3 statsbecause I saw a couple of the workers were really trying and caring about the customers. Read more
The food was good. They weren?t very busy yet only 1 table was wiped. Others were very dirty on top. I told them tables needed... to be cleaned off so people could use them, but hadn?t been wiped by the time we left. Read more
They get the order wrong every time. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to walk inside from my car from doing a mobile order and have the... thing remade. Then they'll try and only replace one item from your meal, meanwhile making you wait 15 minutes to the point thatby the time you get back to your car the rest of your food is cold, or your frozen drink is melted, or your coffee is cold. So Ioften ask for the whole thing to be remade so that I can actually eat the food at the same time while it's fresh and hot.They'll come out and actually argue with you about why it's not wrong instead of just remaking the food. You're going to arguewith me about there being tomato on the burger when there's NO TOMATO that I payed 75 cents for a single slice of? 75 CENTS FORA SLICE OF TOMATO, AND THEY ARGUE WITH YOU WHEN THEY DON'T GIVE IT TO YOU! Try Extreme Eatery. Try Papa's Burgers. There's somany amazing burger joints in Parksville, I don't know why I even keep going here. It's crazy. Spend your money on deservinglocal small businesses and not this food that is churned out without a care in the world about whether it's actually good ornot. Now that a meal here costs $12-$15, it's no longer acceptable to be serving it as if it's only $5 fast food. You're nowcharging restaurant prices, and I expect restaurant quality food. Service good as your typical McDonalds go, but I wouldn't count on eating inside. We're here at 12:30pm Friday and I'd have to... say about 85% of all the tables are dirty with food and finger prints from food / condiments. And the garbage hasn't been takenout in awhile... *update, perhaps just the rush of noon but everything seemed to be taken care of.. Read more
Inconvenient for eat-in as there is no food tray is privided.You have to put lots of napkin papers on the table. Also, you have... to ask for the key to use the bathroom. Otherwise, it is ok. Employees are friendly, and social distance is adequatelymaintained. Read more
Ordered using online app and asked for table service. It never arrived. But our names were bellowed out from the pick up area.... When we asked why we didn't get table service as all the other restaurants offer on the app, they said they don't so that. So wesat and had our bagged breakfast. No tray. One of the reasons we go to McDonald's as they offer the table service. I didregister a complaint on the online app but was told the customer service link was to the US company and I would have to contactthe store directly. Of which I had but was literally td 'too bad'. Will be sure to wait until Nanaimo next time to ensure we getthe service we select on the app. Read more
