Exceptionally good with reasonable pricing. Pretty much everything made in house including the tamarind sauce. Ordered basic... meal of mango lassie, samosas and butter chicken. Will definitely return to try the other curries. Read more

The food was pretty good, and came pretty quickly as the restaurant was empty aside from us. The server was informative about... the food to cater to dietary restrictions. Also, good to note that their sides of rice are quite large; I've also gotten takeoutfrom them before and we had a lot of leftover rice because we ordered too much. Read more
First time visiting parksville and decided to try food at Masalahut. Impressed with the quality and the taste of the food. I?ve... eaten at many Indian restaurants around the lower mainland, but gotta say this was the closest I got to in terms of the taste ifto compare with authentic Indian food. Different spice levels to choose with, we opted for extra hot and were happy with how ittasted. Would come here again for sure. Read more
We were there tonight and we so enjoyed seeing AJ again. He?s the owner and host. We both had butter chicken, one medium one... mild and it?s the best we?ve ever had. Oh the garlic Naan is humongous and of course brought some home.. huge helpings ofchicken, large pieces. They don?t skimp. Well worth going there, and we have enough for lunch tomorrow..
