There was a blonde lady that waited on me that gave me attitude and then blew me off. I wanted a 6in chicken breast on flatbread... and she said they stopped making that. I told her I just had one yesterday. She said where at. Told her in Virginia and WV getall time. Said well they might have it up there but down here we don't. Then went to another customer for few mins and came backto me and I ordered turkey she made it but slid it to another guy who checked me out. Think she rolled her eyes and mumbledsomething under her breathe. Don't appreciate her attitude. Need be nicer to people especially people from out of town. Saw itright on the menu right behind her. I had a cold cut combo on white. It was good. The bread is alot better. The service was great.
This is a decent location. I like eating here. However the air-conditioning does not work well which makes having a meal inside... not very comfortable at all. The gentleman that has blondish hair and wears it in a bun, he made my sandwich absolutely perfect.He was very quick and efficient making my sandwich and he has a very positive attitude. It's usually busy when I come in andother team members seem very scattered when the line is forming. While there's a lengthy lime an employee is stocking. In myopinion,when there is 2 or more customers in line a second help should be coming up to help make subs. I really appreciated theyoung man's help his boss should give him a raise for handling hectic situations efficiently and for having excellent customerservice skills. Read more
Sandwich Artist working that day was extremely rude, got an attitude because we ordered 3 footling subs and SHE got the bread... wrong. Threw the bread around, was snotty with us, just cut the bread straight in half so when u eat it all the veggies fallout. Made the bread all flat and squishy. Will NOT waste my time or money going back to that restaurant!!!! Read more
