I just went inside to place an order for a cheeseburger. While inside the staff was friendly enough but didn?t smile and were... monotone. The reason for the two star rating is because when I went to use the restroom, I noticed the entire restaurant wasfilthy, but the men?s restroom was on a whole new level. The floor was covered in who knows what, the wallpaper was peeling off,the urinal had been scraped up with people writing things and worst of all, there was blood in the sink. Luckily, I didn?t haveto touch much, except for the soap dispenser and the paper towel dispenser because the automatic dispense feature was out ofpaper. Definitely disappointed in this restaurant?s quality and cleanliness and was very disgusted. The standard for thisrestaurant should be much higher. Read more
Consistently cold, old food and my order has never been right. Missed sauces, wrong drink, wrong order altogether, you name it.... Extremely annoying. I?ve also shown up before 11pm when they say they close and they?ve been closed. The inconsistency isastonishing. Read more
8:00pm on a Thursday night, no dine-in and the lights are turned off on the drive thru sign? but they are open? I swear Covid... made it somehow acceptable to absolutely suck at your job. Whatever Dave Thomas is paying the person running this franchise,it?s way too much. Location wasn?t taking orders in the restaurant since they had too many mobile orders that had priority to in-person orders. We... had to go through drive thru to place order after waiting in line to place order for 10 mins. Food was good. Read more

Ordered my usual bourbon bacon burger with asiago cheese instead of american cheese and drove home to open up my meal to... discover it was someone else's order, just a plain burger.
