Everything is so good, it's difficult to make up my mind about what I want to eat. The staff is helpful and explained some of... the things we weren't sure about, and even made a couple of suggestions too. We really enjoy coming here because they don't havemusic blaring so loud that you can't carry on a conversation. The dining room was decently clean and the food was served veryquickly. One of my favorite things about Tokyo Joe's is their variety of teas. There are herbal as well as black and green teasavailable. None are sweetened so be sure to grab sugar or non-sugar sweeteners if you like sweetened tea. Read more
Good food. Staff were disappointed after not leaving a tip for counter service meal. Twenty percent is for people working for... a tips job with a reduced hourly wage in my opinion. I was a waiter in a past life....a terrible one at that. But I feel thattips are just that and should not be expected at a counter service shop. Read more
The young lady who took my order was super friendly and personable. The food was good, except the steak which was just kind of... flavorless. Spicy tuna rolls were really good. Edamame doesn't travel well, bit it was still good. Read more
I eat at Tokyo Joe's a lot... Usual once or twice a week. New to this location however and was extremely disappointed to at the... quality is not consistent to other locations at all. Not even close. My partner and I order Bahn Mi bowls and typically onething is off but this time the whole bowl was bad. Undercooked rice, no avocado, no jalapeno, very little bbq just all aroundthe worst I've had. What sucks is this is the only location near my new place and I probably won't go back. Read more
At work we had ordered in lunch in Lakewood. And it was super good. Me and my husband ordered from here. My husband told me he... had ordered previously and the chicken was gross and I told him I had a good experience. First you can?t order like pre madeveggie bowl and the photos look better and less options on door dash so I had a veggie bowl with carrots and onions essentially.The avocado was black and really disgusting. The carrots and onion they don?t cook. So you are eating like raw vegetables overrice. I could have easily made a terrible meal at home if I wanted to. Would not come back nor recommend. Read more
I don't eat fish, so I tend to go to Tokyo Joe's to get Veggie Rolls, and when I say that, they deliver. You can ask for any... sort of sushi or roll with no fish and add something to them and they will gladly make it for you. Delicious! Read more
Love their yellow curry and plentiful variety of veggies and add-ins. A couple of times their chicken was insanely dry,... overcooked and tough but for the most part I've had more hits than misses. Read more
Staff was super respectful And polite and the food reflected their attitudes to their work (aka 10/10). The girl with pink hair... was especially nice and ensured that me that my allergy would be taken seriously which made me feel very comfortable eating here Read more
