They literally deleted my order from their screens and forgot about me for 20ish minutes. This was after having to wait about... six minutes to even order from the front, which I had to do again to ask for my order a second time (kindly, since the onlyworker who cared was apologetic, he seemed shocked that it happened.). I'm honestly surprised they're still open. They can't get an order right to save their lives. I heard it was under new... management so I went back to see if things have changed. They have not. Got my order, there was maybe a pinch of sour cream inmy burritos, almost like they said oops, there's not supposed to be sour cream. We asked for extra red sauce. There was none inany of our burritos. The taco shells taste as if they were stale. And don't get me started on if you order them through Ubereats. I advise you just make the extra trip and go to Del Taco. You'll actually get what you paid for. Read more
All their one star reviews or no joke: Wow this Taco Bell is horrible. Doors were locked, they ignore you for minutes at drive... thru, they don?t answer phone (I was on a road bicycle and already paid, so i hoped someone may be decent and just walk my orderover?sorry to be so entitled), they?re rude as can be, they refuse to fill water bottles (again I can?t go in, and I?m out ofwater and clearly NEED water), and they charged to give me WATER in cups that I didn?t need. I don't typically like reviewing fast food joints because they're all pretty much the same within the chain, but I'm bored so... here goes: I'd never been in this TB prior to this trip, so I'm not sure how the inrerior normally looks, but I found it cleanand welll maintained. While I was ordering, the girl behind the counter seemed confused. I gave her a combo number, she askedif I wanted chicken or beef and I said I'd like one of each. She then rang the combo up incorrectly by adding additional itemsto the order. I gave her a break as she seemed new and she quickly fixed the order when I pointed out the discrepancy. Bothchalupa crusts had the texture of cardboard and seemed more stale than freshly made, which turned me off of the entire meal. Iunderstand a lot of FF restaurants are understaffed right now and their existing staff might be novices to either the workforceor FF working, but the entire experience was subpar as far as I'm concerned. Enchirito day was the 17th had to go to a full size Taco Bell to find them. Once we got them they were really good sure missed... him glad they're back Taco Bell should make enchiritos a regular menu item. Read more
