I try to avoid rating fast food joints poorly, they're usually inexperienced and understaffed workers and I understand that.... However while picking up an online order I ended up waiting for 25 minutes with 6 employees in the kitchen. Tough to imagine whyfast food should take that long on a reasonably slow night. Read more

I decided to give this Taco Bell another try. Let?s just say, I have NEVER had Taco Bell that was as yummy as we did when I went... Tuesday night. I did have to wait almost 25 minutes in the drive through for my meal, but it was TOTALLY worth the wait. Ourtaco pack did not have one single taco that was soggy and busted at the bottom. The lettuce was fresh and tacos were packed withcheese, meat was NOT a greasy soggy messy. That crew on Tuesday night was on point for making my meal. BEST TACO BELL MEAL I?VEHAD IN YEARS!!! If I could leave 0 Stars I would. Wes in the drive thru is the worst employee in the history of the world. After waiting out... front (like the Taco Bell app says to do) I tried to go inside for my order which supposedly had been ready for 10 minutes. Thedoors were locked and the employees laughed and looked away. I went through the drive through and waiting behind everyone tofinally get to the window after another 10 minutes. Wes at the drive through had attitude from the outset, I told him I have amobile order and he said that has nothing to do with the store and he could not help me. I showed him the mobile app screen andhe said they don't come outside. I said I realized that and tried to come in but the doors were locked. He said I should come tothe drive through live a normal human being. My response... I am in the drive through. I don't appreciate being talking down tofrom some I am trying to be nice to in this day and age of awareness. My normalcy was being called out. Taco Bell screwed up notme. The attitude and He said he had no mobile orders. I told him my last name and he said there were no order for that name. Iasked if he had any mobile order for a mexican pizza, chalupa and 2 tacos. He said yes but I don't know your name. I put mytruck in park and called Taco Bell main customer service. Still unresolved. Worst store ever. Wes needs to take customer service101. Ordered through the mobile app and was my credit card was charged. Went to pick up my food and informed that they were closed.... When I informed them that I had already ordered and was able to submit the order, they again told me they were closed shut thedoor and went back to eating their Little Caesars Pizza. Read more

They were very busy and short staffed. They handed the wrong order to me at the drive through, so I went into the lobby and... asked them to correct it. They did so quickly and kindly. The staff was very professional and helpful despite a very stressfulsituation of being overloaded (and customers letting new people into the lobby after the staff attempted to close the lobby witha sign and by locking the door). The food was hot and fresh when I got my correct order. I hope they get more help soon. Read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! It's a waste of your money! I've been going here forever years. It used to be my favorite but has hit rock... bottom. Management and corporate need to think about closing doors or something. This last year alone we have given chance afterchance. I know its hard I'm from the food industry but this is beyond ridiculous. EVERYTIME we're missing more than half ourorder. The half we do get is pure bulls**t! It's cold or hard or poorly constructed not edible. Something it's always something.I bet the employees are nice and I feel really bad for them but someone higher up need to care more or make the decision toclose completely. Read more

Literally go to any other location, honestly do yourself a favor and drive a half hour out of your way because you?ll still get... your food faster. They will only take three order at a time so even though we ordered through the app it took us 40 minutes toget through the drive through. They?re nice but two employees literally sat in front of the order window talking to each otherleaving one guy to do a bunch of work after we had already been there for so long. Read more
