Very unprofessional staff. All tables were covered in crumbs. The staff working here had their belongings on 3 of the tables. 3... tables had chairs on top of them. I Usually don't write reviews for anything and for sure wont write if i had a bad experience. But this time I was very much... frustrated with the staff behavior, so thought to write a review. I have ordered 6 footlongs online. I have also left a note toadd more veggies because every time order here they don't add veggies as per order in the the subway app. We received sandwichestoday also with no veggies at all. This time thought of asking them, so went back to the store to check why they made likethat. The staff there says that they made the sandwiches as per order and they came back in less than a minute and says thatthey verified the food and also checked the camera footage and found they are made as ordered . What I don't understand is whydid the staff think that i went back to them wasting my time and money and ask for the same sandwich again if they has made theorder correctly?. This is one the worst stores I visited ever and the staff are not friendly at all and talking very rude. Read more

very disappointed! I love subway but this was the first One I?ve been to in Colorado. Three young men were at the counter when... we walked in. No one acknowledged us for a few minutes. They were out of white bread out of meatballs and the place was a mess.I will never go back. Read more

Order was placed at 8:15, and continually put off until the store cancelled it at 9:30 without any kind of refund. They then... closed the store, so I was not able to contact them about what happened. Hopefully the Subway app allows refunds, however Icannot currently find it in their User Interface. Read more

Heard the owner yelling at employees while we were dining in. When he walked out a comment was made to him about how... disappointing it was to hear him speak to his employees like that and his response was, they are my kids and then proceeded tostate he didn?t care about our business, opinions, or concerns. Extremely disappointing to watch the owner of this establishmentblatantly disrespect customers when they were showing concern for the treatment of his employees. Read more

This was the worst Subway experience I have ever had - the owner was yelling at employees and when I spoke to him about the way... he speaks to employees he said they were his kids and I should not give him feedback on his parenting. Told me what I thoughtmade not one ounce of difference to him. This man is a horrible father and business man. Very rude to customers also. Read more
