Owner has issues with customer service, not a happy dude. Confirmed that Jersey Mike?s is way better!
This owner specifically doesn't accept any coupons. This is not stated anywhere in the store or on windows. When I handed the... owner my coupon all he said was "no coupons". I asked why and he said "cost went up" and I said.. "are you subway? this is asubway coupon". His response was again, "no coupons". Very annoying and somewhat embarrassing experience. I normally don't post negative reviews, but unfortunately this needs to be addressed. I would avoid any and all chicken at this... location, and maybe even subway as a whole. I found a pretty large chicken bone in my sandwich and nearly choked on it. Theemployees were perfectly nice, but either there was a mistake in the supply chain, or improper preparation.
