I literally just had the worst experience ever, the guy trying to make my sandwich piled all the meet in the middle of my... flatbread and wanted to roll it up I had to show him how to fold it. Went to check out and he didn?t know how to use the machineto run my card then couldn?t speak English enough to at least help me check out. We left with out our sandwiches and drinks. Subway is one of my goto's. As is a chicken bacon ranch. I used to work at a subway unless they changed the recipe a chicken... bacon is 3 scope of chicken. 4 bacon and 8 cheese for a footlong. I never trip when i get shorted on the meat or cheese. Iussally get double meat for 4 scoops and i honestly think double cheese is a bit much. The sandwich artist (assuming manager orowner as he was and elder indain man)made my sandwich as i asked but the first price i was given was $18.00. I questioned it. Heexplained double meat and+ 2 bacons. I was confused, i didnt ask for extra bacon he took one off it was still $16.07 again thewrong number but i was fed up with the situation. I should have been given 6 scoops of chicken 8 cheese and 8 bacon for what ipaid and thats not what i got. Please re-educate your staff or managment. Extremely slow service took 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and a personal pizza, by the time we got them they were cold and the... veggie patty wasn't even cooked straight out of the freezer basically. The employee was really slow like a snail .paid for amonster pro , Extra meat basically and it was pathetic was barely enough for a regular sandwich 1 peice of bacon too...., don'tgo here its robbery. Walked in at 630pm and only employee working was apparently on break. She proceeded to be extremely unprofessional and started... berating me for opening the gate that goes across the entrance. The gate was open when I walked in. What kind of restaurant isclosed during dinner time for an employee break. Owner should definitely get her replaced asap as their business is for suresuffering from her attitude. As a business owner I found this astounding. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. Employee locked the store to go smoke a cigarette, came back in didn?t wash her hands and... immediately started to handle products. When she walked past me to get into the store she made eye contact with me, said nothingand closed the gate behind her. Walmart employees were inside of the store chatting and no one said a word. Mind you it?s 2:15on a Monday. You should probably make sure the store is open in the afternoon, the employees should maybe wash their hands andnot wreak of cigarettes and should at acknowledge customers waiting. Read more
Want to get food with my son. Very grumpy woman who made us the sandwiches came over and yelled at us for sitting on the table... telling me to read the sign saying the the area is blocked. I didn't even see the sign since it was written on a small cardboardwith a pen. Apparently they cannot effort a real sign. The woman had a disgusting attitude. Thanks subway! Read more
Too bad I can't leave 0 stars! Now I know why this place is always empty! Will never go back. Skimped our our meat and when they... were called out on it they reluctantly added more. 11/28/22 No surprise here, no subway can READ a mobile order. Ordered Deluxe/extra cheese, asked to toast extra even put it in... the notes. Tipped when I came in. They made it "correct" ingredient wise, but ripped me off on my extra cheese and deluxe I PAIDfor, It's right at the beginning of the sandwich instructions! They didn't even TOAST the sandwich! ???? Sad. Only pro was thekind service. Will not be returning. I used to be the manager of this store (Aug 17-Jan18). I miss it, I miss trying to makepeople happy, even if it's just a few more tomatoes or extra toasted because they asked...I wasn't always the best on attitude,but I wanted to hear people out when possible... All I hear is people complain about this location now. I Just couldn't workwith an owner that wanted to take over the store with only one week subway experience when he came in. I've done it for over 5years and just like that I was replaced, I was pretty invested and my efforts were thrown out pretty quick. Good luck to thisstore. I go in for an ICEE on ocassion.
