Usually this location is ok, but tonight was not ok at all. I ordered ahead on the app, told my order would be ready at 1731,... arrived around 1735 and waited in the drive through for my drink. I continued to sit there. Then at 1745 I?m told that there wasa ?huge mix up? with my drinks and they needed 2 minutes to fix it. That?s not ok, all the time I had to spare was spent sittingat the drive through window. I was told I?d have my drinks refunded, which I don?t see reflected on my card yet (you can takemoney away instantly, but can?t take it back?? On your own app??) I?ll be calling tomorrow if I don?t see that refund on there. Read more
Today is 11/19/2022 I went through the drive through ordered two venti hot chocolates and a venti strawberry açaí well I got... to work both employees said the hot chocolate taste like it?s water down doesn?t taste like hot chocolate also my strawberryaçaí was straight water no taste I get these a lot I could of made this better myself very disappointed in there servicedefinitely think they should make this right Read more
Super convenient and easy to get in and out of. Drive through can have long lines so we like to do online and go in and pickup.... Folks that work here are super friendly and helpful. Read more
Product is great. Drive thru is the problem.....30 minutes today and no way to exit the line. Consider looking at chic filet... streamline drive thru process.....you'll have more profits and happy customers. Read more
Just went to this Starbucks and they would not let me and my husband get our drinks in the drive through because we were on a... motorcycle WITH TWO CUP HOLDERS. Said we could pay at the drive through but would have to come inside to get our drinks. Askedfor a manager and was ignored. Decided to not get our drinks. Usually too long of a line for drive thru. They need to give a discount based on how long of a wait in line. I?ve encouraged... the use of the mobile order and walk in to get it. It?s usually getting my wife?s chai here but I?ve personally given up onthe $7 drinks?and 20 minutes wasting gas. Read more
