I ordered a tea with cream and venti cup of ice but I got tea with NO cream and only a tall cup of ice. When I mentioned it to... the heavy set lady who's name I believe was Christy she said she couldn't give me a Venti cup so I offered to pay her and thatswhen she began slamming things around and reluctantly gave me a Venti cup. I really hope she gets some help for her angerissues, I've never seen that type of explosive behavior over an empty cup lol Read more
Very rude employees, would not recommend this location.
I avoid this location now. The employees are cold & act like you are bothering them. My tall americano always tastes like water.
