Since the dining room has closed, the last two visits weren't that good. Both times the portion of fries has been underwhelming... and smaller. I assumed the first time it might have been a fluke, but noticed the same thing after the second visit. Understand that costs are up, but don't find the decreased portions favorable. Read more
I'm only giving 2 stars because their service was excellent. I'm sorry but I just don't care for bland, none seasoned, under... breaded chicken strips. Oh and they only have their sauce or a homemade mustard which is sub par. No ranch or BBQ to at leastmask the taste of their horrible chicken. Will not return. Read more
Apparently this location doesn?t like to honor it?s posted operating hours. I went through the drive thru really quick and got a... message that they were already closed prior to their posted closing time of 11pm. Having worked in the industry, I was alwaystaught that you don?t start putting things away for the night and closing until you?re actually closed - posted hours are forthe public. Food tastes good when you get the correct order. At the window received only have my order had to ask for the rest. And then the... order was incorrect on top of that. Feel like when this location first opened it was better. So make sure it is correct beforeyou drive off. Read more
This place is delicious, inexpensive, and the staff here were very friendly. Their customer service is superb. The chicken is... tender with delectable breading, the bread was cooked perfectly, and the Cane?s sauce has me drooling. I would recommend thisplace to anyone in the area! Read more
Great customer service at this location. I had an issue with a gift card/credit card I was trying to use while going through the... drive-thru and was about to use a different card when they comped my meal for me. I tried to insist that I could pay, but theytold me not to worry about it and pay it forward somewhere else. They didn?t need to but I very much appreciated the gesture. $52.47 for a family of four is too much when you aren?t given all your meals and had to wait long enough at the drive through... that it?s more efficient to eat a can of cold beans at home. For that much money every meal should be served. Thank goodnesswe still have an economic system that allows choice, I?ll gladly spend less money for food that may not be as good but at leastI have something to eat! Read more
