Recently tried QDOBA for the first time in Colorado Springs - great experience! My wife heard me rave about QDOBA, so we gave... it a try close to our house in Parker. She had the quesadilla with brisket, loved it! I had the bowl with ground beef and allthe fixins', good, but not great. The steak option is a better choice, at least for me. At this point, still 5-Star worthy. Staff great, well, except for the manager/owner that came in during our visit. We were the only customers in the store. Shecame in, walked directly to the register, talked to nobody, walked past us (twice) without any sort of acknowledgement (hi,smile), and left very grumpy. It's a shame - the staff and customers deserve better! Will be back again - yes, but only if'grumpy cat' is nowhere to be found. Read more
Quality of food has went down.. queso was old and had small cheese curds through out entire queso and quac didn't look too good... either... I would not recommend this location. It almost like they could careless about what they're serving people. Read more
Update: If you are able to go into this store to get your food this is a great Qdoba location to visit. Staff is friendly, food... is good and the line moves quickly. However, if you try to place a delivery order from this location through the Qdoba app,you'll likely have your order cancelled, and the communication from the store is less than stellar. I have placed threedifferent orders over the last few months, all at different times of the day, on different days, and for different food, buteach time the order gets cancelled after the store accepts it, for various reasons that don't add up. If this store doesn't wantto take delivery orders then just update the app options for the store. If the delivery service you work with at this locationis difficult, then it's time to switch because they're costing you money. Really like the remodeled store, much more open andmodern! Today July 2 2022 at 630 my kiddo came in for an order She did not realize what last time I had put on order as there are two I... get that you all don?t know who we are but the rudeness she encountered was uncalled for. Young black haired girl looked at heras if she was a jerk I?m sure because my kiddo wears mask to protect herself and others as she just recovered from Covid andworks in healthcare . Then a young boy was acting a jerk to her as well. When I came in the girl was rude to me as well! I amalmost 50 and this was just some young teen being rude even to me? I also wear a mask as I work in healthcare. Let me explainthat we wear masks to keep not only you but our patients safe. It is our duty as we are in the health field. If that was thereason for the rudeness then small minded ?..but second we have been coming here for years!! My kiddo never wants to go back sonow ?..you have lost our large families business. All for being rude and unkind whatever the reason. Your customers are why youhave a job. Seems you should all think twice when handling . Maybe you all need a course in customer service or should beworking in an office with no windows sorting mail where you do not interact with customers. I stopped in to get the cheese crusted quesadilla. I have seen the cheese crust all over social media so I was excited to try... it. The quesadilla was filled with chicken, spicy crema, cheese and their queso which tasted pretty good. However the executionof the cheese crust just wasn't there. Barely any crust on the outside if any and was super soft and hard to eat. Even for aregular quesadilla standard it had no crisp. Read more

Went there for the first time and it wasn't bad, our service experience was great, very friendly and attentive, we had a slight... issue and it was immediately resolved. While we all know it's not a taqueria, or true "Mexican joint" it's good and willcertainly do the trick. Read more
