Went for dinner, I ordered off the lunch menu because I didn't realize they had a separate dinner menu. I would have rather had... a steak from the dinner menu but this ended up being delicious (and cheaper). I ordered the Grilled Chicken BLT with no bread, and added grilled shrimp. I also had the slated pork ribs appetizer, they were amazing!! Really great Keto/Carnivore options. Read more

What an interesting place! Good location right on Main Street in Parker and parking wasn’t hard. We went on a Friday night at... 7:30ish and didn’t wait at all for a table (there were a few tables available). I am not surprised by that though because thisplace is definitely on the more expensive side. But it is WORTH it! The food was absolutely incredible- if you judged thisplace by it’s decor you would not expect such an upscale menu but they had amazing options! Their carbonara was to die for.And the mushroom risotto was really good as well (the whole side portion was a bit heavy to eat but it tasted amazing!) Dessertwas good too (we had the crème brûlée). Only reason for the 4 stars is that our waitress gave off this vibe almost like wewere bothering or inconveniencing her each time she came to the table (and we didn’t make any special requests). I’m opento returning to see if the staff might improve and jump up to 5?? Read more

Very pleasantly surprised. I did not expect high end food. The decor and ambiance does not match the food. It feels like a... Chili's or Applebee's but eats like a five star restaurant. It's obvious this restaurant employs a professional chef. The foodis exquisite, perfectly balanced and beautiful. I don't think there's another restaurant in Parker that is as high end. I'll beback Read more

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. Wasn’t impressed the first few times so I figured I would give these guys another... shot. Came in around 430 on a Saturday. Place was pretty busy but was able to grab a seat at the bar. Glanced over the menu. They had a wide range of choices. Nothing really jumped out at me. I wanted something that I couldn’t make at home. So Idecided to go with the brisket dip sandwich. I should have known better and went with the burger. The meat was very tough anddry. Had a little bit of smoke to it and appreciated that. I definitely did not enjoy it but I ate it because I was hungry. Thesandwich came with cheese which I thought was extremely odd. Cheese on brisket? Ummm no. Give me some coleslaw. This sandwichneeded at least BBQ sauce because the meet was so dry. And I get it. It’s a dip. Which I did do with the sandwich but thatwasn’t helping. The fries were okay though. Got the truffle fries that had a lot of flavor. Wish they were cooked a little bitlonger. It’s tough to find good food in Parker. Black Haus across the street is the way to go. Even Tailgate has decentenough bar food. Parker Garage for the elevated supper you’re looking for is not the way to go. Read more

What a fantastic spot in downtown Parker. Chef Logan is outstanding, and the food and service are over the top. Bar tender Chris... and chef Chris are great people. Gotta get the Ny Sour to go with everything as well. Great spot for any occasion. Read more

Nice little restaurant right in downtown Parker. Beers on tap seem to be more German style (pictured). Had the PG Dry Ribs to... start and they were good; they are really dry and would go good with some sort of sauce. My GF got the Fall Harvest Salad (Babykale, butternut and delicata squash, feta, candied pecans, root vegetables, dried cherries, toasted pepitas, maple cidervinaigrette). I didn't care for the dressing, but she really liked it. It was as described, very "fally". She added shrimp toit- I think some chicken probably would have paired better. I had the Wild Boar Bolognese (Pappardelle pasta, basil chimichurri, fresh parmesan), and was extremely happy with it. I was worried they'd skimp on the meat, but it was very meat/sauce heavy andthe taste was fantastic. I love wild boar in pasta dishes and you could really taste the boar. The rest of the menu looks reallygood; I'd like to go back and try several things, especially the lamb shank. Read more
