Very disappointing, again. We have not gotten take out for some time here because it seemed like quality was going down. We... decided to take another shot with some simple items, Spicy Take chicken sandwiches and soup. This is the sandwich you get for$12.79 (the chips are free lol). You get a better spicy chicken at Chick-fil-A for $5.49! How was the cheese broccoli soup? Noidea, they gave us chicken noodle instead. I tipped $5.00 when I ordered and that brought this up to a $50 meal. Not worth it. Read more
Consistently out of items and rather than contacting you and deleting the order they give unwanted items that get thrown away.... Completely understand if they are out of something but please refund the money rather than waste food. Read more
I used to pick up take-out at least twice a week but I will no longer buy here. The salads are becoming nothing but lettuce with... very few other toppings. The sandwiches have shrunk and are nothing special. Often the avocadoes are brown and yucky. Read more
I haven?t been to Panera Bread for a long time but yesterday was passing in the middle of running errands, was hungry so got the... you pick two and a drink. The staff were very nice and the food was okay, but could not believe how expensive this place hasbecome. The half sandwich tasted just fine but I?m not sure there was any actual tuna in with the mayo? The tiny portion ofsoup was good. Overall, it was tasty enough but doubt I will be back as just can?t afford. Read more
I haven't been here in years. A coworker got the broccoli Mac and cheese so I thought I'd try it. Was excited to see a bread... bowl in the app, tonight it would be cool to eat the bowl after the macaroni. Probably more of a corporate concern, but I haveNO IDEA how this place is even in business. It cost me nearly 10 dollars for this huge bread bowl that was perfectly carved outfor literally ONE cup of macaroni, I had to double check I didn't choose the cup portioning, but it's not even an option withthe bread bowl...just had all this flavorless bread left after I ate what i could. Mac and cheese tasted really good but thereis virtually no way I'd return here even once a month with the prices they have. There was extremely little value in what Ipurchased. Possibly why I forgot about them all these years. Noodles is another overpriced place but these guys take the cake.Must be for endless wallet folks. Read more
I will not be returning to this location for a very long time. On this visit, I made an order online at 8:40 with a 9:00 rapid... pick-up. I got near the location early, so ran to Target to pick up a couple things. Got to Panera around 9, and told them I hada rapid pick-up. I was told it was nearly ready. A large line then formed, and the manager took a phone order. At 9:13, adifferent rapid pick-up order was brought out, so I informed the manager that I'd been waiting since 9. She brought my order out2 minutes later, and offered the excuse that 15 egg orders had come in. This is not my first bad experience with this location,and it appears to be a common trend with this location to be fairly lackadaisical about how they handle customer interactionsand order timelines. We typically use the app and arrange for curbside pickup or go in to get our orders. The most recent time the app crashed and... we were unsure if our order made it through so we went in. Folks at the counter were super friendly and helpful and took thetime to check on our order. It did go through and they got the order right. There have been occasions when the order was off (acup of soup and not a bowl, missing bread or the baked good item we ordered), at those times we were already home when we foundout so didn't bother to return but we did learn our lesson to double check our orders before leaving. Overall the food is goodand it is a great place to grab a healthy meal (or not) and even dining in is a nice experience. Read more
