Reviews for Mt Fuji Hibachi & Sushi in Parker, CO
We\'ve been coming here for years, and even opt for this location even though the Castle Rock restaurant is much closer. Used to... be great but this place has gone down hill. Had an early dinner for my daughters and Mother-in-laws birthday (all three on thesame day) and we felt rushed with rushed service and only mediocre food. Prices have gone up substantially and overall for theprice we paid we were all disappointed. Gave three stars since we used to have a great experience here and perhaps caught an offnight. We\'ll give it one more try and will update from there but really not rushing to spend that kind of money for a sub pardinner. Read more
My little family has been coming here for over a year now. Our Daughter (5years old) loves catching the Broccoli! Thanks to... Jason and Tony, we come at least 1-2 times a month. They really have so much fun with our kiddo and every time we come we knowit’s going to be such an awesome night! The food is always amazing and we always leave stuffed with a huge smile! Thank youall for always taking such great care of us! Read more
It had been nearly 5 years since I took the family out for hibachi. The food was pricey but the portion size was large. The chef... was friendly and fun. Would recommend. Read more

Unfortunately, for a long time, I loved this place. It was my go to for celebrations, birthdays, and family events. It\'s loud,... it\'s chaotic and the host/hostess doesn\'t want to deal with you. I ignored these small issues because - it\'s hibachi.\nEversince 2020, we moved on to pick up. But today, something went wrong.\n\nI ordered on their app, beyond menu, and made sure togive 45 minutes as we got the sushi for two plus two more rolls. I get there at the designated time and they tell me they don\'thave the order. Ok no problem, let me get my order number. From here, I later realized they just really didn\'t want to do myorder...\n\nThe second hostess turns around to a printer, looks at the paper in it, folds it, then stabs it in the stake of (Iassume) completed orders, turns and tells me, \"I don\'t have it, would you like a refund or wait 30 minutes.\" Later, itoccurred to me they wouldn\'t have been able to refund an order they don\'t have... but I had told them I still want my sushi. Ihad a family waiting for sushi.\n\nShe asked if she could take my phone to place the order which I was ok with since the sushibar is right there but she went into the back with it. And not for a short amount of time either. When she was back, she\"found\" the order and handed me my phone.\n\nI was in the waiting area before I decided I didn\'t like being in the way andgetting dirty looks from the hostess. Thirty minutes later, I go in and an angry looking hostess hands over the bags.\n\nI gethome and I find out that they gave a pathetic tray, two of Pink Lady even though I ordered one and missing one Rock n Roll. ThenI found hair in my salad.\n\nI\'ve been eating here for years and if not this one, one of their other chains. Needless to say, never again. Read more
David was such an awesome chef! We had so much fun. The food was great and he was very entertaining. 10/10 recommend!
What a great experience tonight, we celebrated my son\'s birthday and he had never been to hibachi (I am failing as a father I... know, lol) and we came to Mt. Fuji. We were fortunate to get Jason as our hibachi master, and oh boy was he amazing. The foodwas the best I have had at any hibachi I have been to, which I have been to quite a few across the country, including Seattleand San Francisco. Jason was super entertaining and made my son\'s birthday that more special and absolutely knows his trade. I will be back for sure, thanks Mt. Fuji staff for a great night Read more
So fun for my daughters 11th birthday! We were smiling the whole time. It was a lot of fun and they give you such large portions... that we ate it for lunch the next day. Read more
