We ordered with the app, checked in at the curbside spot, and waited in our spot for 20 minutes, when no one came to our car we... went inside, we waited another 20 minutes inside before we got our food. When we asked about our order the employees had a badattitude about helping us, and then the order was incorrect. This is not the first time this store has gotten our order wrong,in fact it is more common than not. We will not be giving this store any more of our money, as we always have to wait anextraordinary amount of time (whether in the drive thru or at the curbside pickup), and 90% of the time we do not get what weordered. Worst experience I've had at a mcdonalds. There had to of been at least 10-12 employees and it took 15 min for a plain double... cheeseburger and a small fry. I watched kids that looked barely old enough to work flipping each other off; one telling theirboss she was being too difficult. Multiple customers (myself included), stood at the front counter for at least 2-3 minuteswaiting for an employee to take their order or complete a self kiosk order for cash. Luckily they didn't screw up the food andit was edible. I would not recommend this location to anyone though. To start off they always have their lobby closed (LOSING MONEY AND CUSTOMERS) I walked up to the door to realize their lobby is... closed as I look in to ask how do I get food since I am in a semi truck. Stopped here to have a quick breakfast. Tried to go inside to sit down in dinning room only to find it closed. I arrived around... 9:30 am on a Sunday morning. The only thing available to purchase food was the Drive Through. I don't enjoy eating in myvehicle so I left to find a place to dine inside at a table in place of my stearing wheel. So one time my girlfriend worked here. I came in and ordered a large Big Mac meal. I ordered no onions on that order. My... girlfriend saw me and we both waved to each other. I just finished paying for my food. I put my name in the order. My girlfriendworked at the cooking area. She saw my order. And ofc cute girlfriends are something else. When she saw the no onions on thescreen. Ofc what every girlfriend would do is. She added one tiny little sliver of a silver diced onion. But luckily I saw thatsaid onion slice. So the Szechuan sauce is our for a limited time and it's a hot commodity. You can only get it through the app and you have to... see what locations near you have it. There were multiple locations near me that did not have it. OK no biggie, then I finallyfound one near me that had it. I ordered it and traveled to that location which is not my local spot. Waited... and waited. Theyfinally come out and then state they don't have it and gave me bbq instead. The employees did not offer any refund or a discountor a voucher to come back. Just sorry for ya. I was finally able to find a few a week later at yet another location. Turns outit is very similar to teriyaki. I like the package as it is gold and let's you know you are getting something "special" andwhen it finally get it it is fun but if you're out just update the app. Don't go to 5 different locations like me but at leastyou can say you got it. Drive thru is the worst especially after 5. The Hispanic woman manager tonight was taking the orders and was answering us... rudely. She did not even want to take our code lied and said it wasn't working but when her employee took our device and rung itup at the register it went through. I do not recommend coming here at all.
