Every time I go to this location whether if it?s to deliver or pick up the staff is absolutely rude! They don?t make eye contact... and sometimes don?t even speak. Just hand you your food. Tonight was not the exception. I ordered my food through the McDonaldsapp. Completed the order while in line for the drive thru. Mind you no one is in line ahead or behind me. I waited a minute orso before I drove up to the speaker. Got to the speaker there was nothing on the screen. I said hello 3 times and waited betweeneach in hopes of a response. So I drove up to see if someone was there. By this time someone drove up behind me. I get to thepay window and the guy tells me to drive around and that i didn?t order. I?m telling him that I had a pick up. He says no. Hedid not speak English well but kept saying to drive around to order. I drive around again to speaker. This time he?s obviouslythere and tell me to go to the 2nd window. I did and my food wasn?t even ready I had to wait an additional 5 minutes to get myorder. My food was not fresh. It was so old the cheese was two different colors and the ketchup dried up on the burgers. Alsoone was missing a patty. I called to complain and of course no one picked up. They are closer to me but I?ll drive a littlefurther to get at least a little better service at Lincoln. I knew better. Next time I won?t 2nd guess myself. Read more
2022-Oct. I ordered through the app. There was no line in the drive-through. But they made me wait for 12 minutes for 1 Happy... Meal. I got home, 6 minutes drive, give it to my child. And he spit out the milk because it was BAD! The milk was eitherexpires or was left out! I will NEVER go to this McDonald's again. Sorry. Read more

We decided this is our favorite McDonald's in town. It's in back of a Jennie's Market across the street from the hospital. The... best thing about McDonald's is their consistency from one place to the next. When you get something that doesn't conform, youknow something is wrong. This one actually has courteous and friendly staff, which is a very nice change from the grouchy peopleat most of the other places we've been to. Read more
Completely Mexican staff here. All but the supervisor speaks English, I get my food after being rushed to order, sit down and... witness one of the staff curse heavily at a customer leaving the drive through in Spanish.. Just because I?m white with a bearddoesn?t mean I don?t know Spanish.. Might want to put a leash on your staff here in the morning. Last time I get the Mc?s fromthis location? I don?t recommend. Food was made correctly. And that's it for the positive feedback. Staff was rude. Didn't give me a receipt when asked. And I... waited over 7 minutes for a sprite. I'm not sure what takes so long pouring a soda. I might sound like a cry baby, but fastfood should be fast right? Read more
Ordered a burger and got raw meat!! It was completely inedible. Also ordered 2 Oreo McFlurries & got something entirely... different with caramel syrup. I was surprised by how quickly they prepared my order, now I know why. Read more
I am admitted at Parker Adventist and my husband went to grab a late night bite to eat at this location. The sign said it closes... at 11:00pm and the worker sat at the side of the counter and would not serve him and told him they were closed. If thats thecase, the sign should be updated to ?close at 10:45pm?. It is false advertisement and just terrible customer service. It wasvery embarrassing for my husband. I guess you get what you pay for in customer service. He is a loyal McDonald?s customer whouses your mobile app frequently. Read more
