Restaurant is FILTHY. Trash is overflowing. Staff is having a grand time joking around so loudly we could hear their... conversation in the front of the dining area. More time should be spent cleaning and such. Read more
This place has good food and friendly people but if, and that's a big if, they are not out of their famous french toast, it is... served room temperature. Today I ordered french toast but was told they had run out. I then ordered a breakfast croissantsandwich, waited 25 minutes for it, was given a half sandwich on sourdough and was told "sorry, we're out of croissants" Thisplace needs better managing. Read more
One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Waited almost 2 hours after ordering French toast online for pickup. After waiting... 90 minutes I was informed they were out of French toast. When asked what I would prefer instead I ordered 2 croissant breakfastsandwiches. To which after waiting another 30 minutes and taking my food home; opened to find 1 sausage egg and cheese croissantand 1 croissant. Not worth it to go back and waste another 2 hours to get the correct food. Worst place of business I have everbeen to. Read more
This is our second time here in about four weeks. The first time we he wait was almost 50 minutes for our sandwiches and soup.... There were only three people working both the drive in and in side eating. The food is delicious so we came back to see ifthings had improved. This time five people were working and we got our food in under 10 minutes. Our favorite is the Hot Ruebensandwich and the lobster bisque soup. Oh my!!! So good. We will be back now that they hired more help! Read more

I came in before the lunch crowd. It still took a while to get my chicken salad plate. I will say: I could see ALL the staff... busting their a$$es in back. The site was very clean, staff very pleasant, most of the goods well presented. The sandwich wasgood. But, for the price, I felt cheated out of the salad, more croissant than salad. And the noticeable water chestnutsrather than actual meat. Salad was a little limp; dressing plentiful. I DO understand how hard it is right now but... thisisn't what I wanted my once-a-week Lunch Out to feel like. Maybe it was my choice of plate? I'll try it again. Read more
My husband just left an review while we were waiting for our food and had trouble editing it. When we got our food and pastries... we did not receive the correct order for our pastries.. we had to get back in line to have them correct it and add a singleslice of bread because for whatever reason my soup did not come with one.. we were charged 1.07 for the bread which we then hadto wait over 5mins to get A SINGLE SLICE OF BREAD... when we finally were given the bread it was given to us on a plate eventhough the rest of our food was to go I had to ask for a bag for it and was given no apology or anything for the mistake or thewait... horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone... hopefully the food is decent we will find out soon. Update:got back to the house and noticed that the cheddar cheese I asked was actually shredded and our portions sizes were different.There was no communication with the cashier who took our order. We are from Minnesota and wanted to try Kneaders becauseeveryone said to try it!? We leave tomorrow and would not recommend this place to our family that lives in Colorado! Read more
I went with a friend. We spent $40 for two sandwiches and a couple items from the bakery. They were out of most of the breads... that sandwiches go on when we arrived at 5:30. The sandwiches had a shockingly small portion of meat on them. I had to put themeat and cheese all on half of the bread so I could taste it. Bread was dry and cold. I?m giving two stars only because theemployees were trying. The store is clean, I?ll give them that, but the food was a joke. Read more
