The Egg Foo Yun was burnt, the Sweet and Sour Chicken was flavorless and stale, like the cooking oil was not fresh, and the lid... on the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce was not closed causing half of the sauce to leak out. So much for a $42 Saturday night dinner. Very ???? disappointed. Read more
Ohhhh where do I start. Very disappointed New ownership. Walked into what we thought was one of our favorite restaurants in... times past and found new owners. New everything. The relaxing and welcoming ambiance, the excellent customer service, thegenerous portion size of food, the hospitality of the chef and wait staff is gone. When my husband and I walked into thisplace, it had been painted bright white which showed more dirt and clutter and In my sight were dirty dishes in a tray awaitingto be brought back out of sight. The lady who greeted us told us the old chef was still there; however, the food quality andtaste has changed. Lastly, the food was horrible. It is overpriced for the portions they serve and the “pop” music playingin the background just ruined a perfect date night. We will not be returning there. Highly disappointed! Nice inside, but the food... the best part was the brown rice. We ordered 3 dishes and none of them were acceptable. The king... pao chicken and the cashew chicken tasted like it was made with dirt, and they were both gritty, so maybe? and the brocollibeef,,, the beef was stringy. We had hoped after reading all the good reviews, but if you want flavorful food, try elsewhere. Read more
Tried this place for delivery in an effort to try something new, and the experience was very underwhelming. The egg rolls were... the best thing we had, which says a lot. The steamed dumplings were just okay. Mostly bland. The sauce that came with them wastasty though. The general tsos chicken was not good at all. The breading was weird, the chicken was rubbery, and the sauce wasmeh. There were added vegetables, so that was a nice touch, but it didn't make up for the misses in the cook and flavor. Also,we ordered two general tsos chickens and only received one carton of rice. How is that enough for two people? The delivery didget here 15 minute earlier than expected, so that was a plus. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and nowhere near the$47 paid to have it. Read more
I won’t be coming back. I got the shrimp egg foo young, shrimp lo mein, and a side of white rice. The egg foo young came out... looking like cornbread, with a weird mushroom, carrot, pea, and shrimp brown gravy. The lo mein noodles were overcooked, andthere was also a funny tasting fortune cookie with a suspicious black spot on it. The best part of the whole meal was the whiterice which was cooked to perfection. If you want rice I’d recommend going here, but that’s the only thing I’d recommend.I’m upset I spent $30 on it. Food is always good. Everyone that works there is very kind. I love getting takeout from here, it's easy for me being only... about 4 minutes from my work. Just a quick call and about 15 min later I swing by and pick up on my way home. I get food fromhere at least once a month. Read more
