They definitely do NOT live up to their ?Freaky Fast? slogan. More like ?ridiculously slow?. This is the third time we have... ordered. We are literally 10 minutes away. We were notified that they were out for delivery 40 minutes ago. Still no food. Wecall. No answer. Over it. And we are done with this location. Read more

I placed an order for delivery at 10am to be delivered at noon today. I called at 12:15pm because I still had not been notified... that my order was out for Delivery, and they said ?it would be there any minute.? I then called back at 1pm to see where my foodwas because it should have been delivered an hour ago, and they said the driver was on their way again. I called at 1:30pmbecause I still had not gotten my delivery and Patrick ?the manager? said they delivered my food to the wrong address over anhour ago (even though I had called MULTIPLE times since then) and they?d resend it out. I call again at 2pm because it?s been 2hours since I should have received my order and Patrick then again says the driver is on their way and then hung up on me. Thislocation is so incompetent and is always the SLOWEST ever- whether I go in person, order ahead for pickup (and then it?s neverready when you get there), or delivery. If you order delivery you probably won?t even get your food. Then the people who workthere are useless and don?t know anything and don?t help at all. I?ve asked for their store manager to contact me and he neverhas, I?ve contacted their corporate and they have done nothing at all. The last two times I tried to order deliver, I had to call the store after an HOUR of my sandwich not arriving. Both times I was... told ?it?s out for delivery? but confirmed they DO NOT REFRIGERATE the sandwiches once made and my sandwich had left over 40minutes ago. After an hour and a half my sandwich arrived at room temp and slimy. Threw it away and called for a refund. Iinformed the ?shift lead? (as he made sure to point out) that this had now happened twice to me. I get it, your short staffed,the whole world is?.but if you can?t accommodate basic food safety, then don?t accept the order! Freaky slow!! And gross too! I ordered nearly $100 of sandwiches for pick up. I went in after it was supposed to be ready. They... told me they were still working on it. While I was there I watched an employee come in scratching his back and get right towork. He put on gloves but didn't wash his hands. Another customer told him to go wash his hands. Shortly after that, the youngman handling the money also went to work with gloves but without washing his hands. After ten minutes of waiting, I went toinquire about my catering order and it was ready but just sitting there. They didn't call me up or anything. It wasn't busyeither. One more thing, the counter where you order was incredibly sticky. Gross! I'm tired of Jimmy John's. Lately it'sdisorganized and slow. Read more

They list a combo on their menu but I can't get them to correctly charge me for it. They continually ring these items all up... separately. This costs approx $1 extra. The first couple times I had gone through the drive through and it was too late to doanything about it. I pointed it out once and they said they would have to come out and look at the menu to give me the price Iwas seeing. I declined and drove away. (They were busy and I don't want to argue with the people who are making my food). Nowit's become like a social experiment. I went back today and specifically asked for the "Favorite's combo". Sure enough theyrang up each item separately. It's not a huge price difference, but it's frustrating. I won't be going back to this location. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The last couple times we ordered it took well over an hour to receive our food. So much for... freaky fast delivery. Tonight, I placed my order at 5:59pm, they didn?t call me until 6:47pm to tell me they didn?t have adriver! Like what? The majority of your revenue is by delivery orders, how do you not have a driver?! Anyways, this location isa joke and we won?t order from here again. Read more

My first bad experience at this Jimmy John's. Ordered unwiches for my father and I, the unwich lettuce was frozen! Literal ice... chunks inside the sandwich, what wasn't frozen was just a wet mess from all the melting water. How did 6 people touch this, wrapit up, and serve it to customers? Read more
