I have never eaten Jack in the Box before and honestly I loved the spicy chicken sandwich. I will definitely eat there again.
Ethan was so nice. He hooked us up with a sourdough sammich. It was our first Jack in the Box experience since we're from... Nebraska. Lala and Colio we're so nice as well! I love Jack in the Box! Read more
The guy working the register was standing off to the side on his cell phone and ignored us when we entered. The dining room was... filthy, all of the tables needed to be wiped down and the floors had food on it and needed to be mopped. The food was mediocreat best. Overall it was a horrible experience and I can't imagine that I will return in the future. Read more
The girls who work their are lazy and don't try to get your order right at all. Don't waste your money on the new Tiny nacho... tacos. They didn't even put nacho cheese on them! They also didn't bother to put much spice on them. Read more
The manager Andres, is a disrespectful person, does not know how to deal with clients and his attitude is not good at all. Cold... food, french fries look like they were out of time. The food was always fresh before, but it's not like that anymore. Today eventhe two managers made fun of me and my husband. They are not professional people. Stopped in here because my friend wanted a burger. The cashier/order taker was out in the eating area straightening the place up... and did wash her hands before taking our order, which was nice. We ordered without any issues. The problems arose when we wentto fill our drinks. It seemed like than half the flavors were empty. Flavors as simple as "Coke" were unavailable, leaving onlythe options no one really wanted (see images). The remainder of the restaurant was in equally bad shape, from a brokencondiments stand to ketchup being on the walls of one of the booths. A few years ago I worked with a company that updatedcomputer systems in restaurants and one of my clients was Jack-in-the-Box. I recalled them working overnight to clean therestaurant from top to bottom.
