The worst Firehouse expirence ever. They employees all looked like they hated their lives. The energy when you walked in was... just as bad as the smell. I ordered a steak and received a roast beef that was luke warm. I threw it away after 1 bite becauseI'm pretty sure it would have gave me food poisoning had I ate it. Horrible service. 4 young teenagers working playing around while people waiting for there food. One of the kids family was in... there while they were getting free stuff. There needs to be a adult manager on duty to keep these kids under control. I won't begoing back took way to long for 2 sandwiches. Read more
A bit crowded when we walked in so we expected a little wait. -After- we ordered and paid, the cashier told us it would be about... a 15 minute wait for our food. 25 minutes later, we were called up and told only one of us was getting food because they wereout of chili (all I ordered for myself so they had made me wait nearly half an hour to tell me the food I ordered and paid forwas not available). ?Would you like potato soup instead?? ?No, just refund the price of the chili.? ?Uhhhhh?.? So we said forgetit and I watched my friend eat his sandwich then I got a deli sandwich at a place nearby. I came in and ordered at 6:47pm? it is now 7:20pm and I am still waiting for my TWO sandwiches!!! Update: I didn?t leave until... 7:35pm!!! I ordered a large tuna salad sandwich w/ light mayo and light mustard, all the veggies & a pickle and I ordered alarge turkey bacon ranch no mayo, no onion, sub Swiss for the cheddar, ranch on the side on gluten-free bread. After I paid andwaited for what felt like an extraordinary long time, I looked at the receipt to see the time of order. I noticed the order wascompletely wrong. I went to the counter to straighten it out. I thought I straightened it out. After waiting more time- seeingsix other people come in and order, then take their food- I went back up and asked someone to please explain what was taking solong. It had been nearly 40 minutes!! They apologized and said it was almost ready. Then I was handed a bad and asked to checkit. It still wasn?t right!! I said I couldn?t wait anymore- they took my name and number and told me they would make itright. The turkey sandwich (s) - two medium = 1 large, had cheddar cheese. No pickle. The tuna sandwich had no veggies and nopickle. Little did I know what the bread was like. When I finally got home and my husband opened his tuna sandwich- the breadwas hard as a rock! No veggies, a ton of mayo and bread that he couldn?t bite through. This is not the experience I?ve knownfrom Firehouse Subs. I waited over 45 minutes for two sandwiches that I paid over $28 dollars for and they were still madeincorrectly. No pickles. I do hope corporate reaches out to me. Ordered the Firehouse BBQ brisket with extra BBQ sauce. It was made "fresh" while I was waiting (ordered when I got there) and... had a 3 minute drive back to work. Sandwich was slimmy and stone cold with NO BBQ sauce at all. First time eating at thislocation and not sure if I will be back. Read more
I can't take it anymore. Iv been here a bunch of times and the sandwiches are good but the store has managed to find a way to... mess it up. I was thinking at times maybe it's just a bad day but this has been going on for years. The sandwiches are soup,smooshed or just flat out made wrong, the sandwich i just picked up has a jar of mustard in it. I can't even eat it. I ordered a spicy Cajun chicken sub earlier today, and I am beyond impressed with this Firehouse Subs. They made my food fresh... and everything tasted amazing. The bread wasn?t soggy and the meat was hot and everything tasted great! And to top it all offthe General Manager, Matt was being so nice to me and was treating his workers with the upmost amount of care and respect it wasreally great to see.
