Experience is pretty on par with other Dunkin locations I've been to. The place always has a feeling of chaos and... disorganization, quality of the drinks are inconsistent, and a staff that is not up to the task of handling the volume. They'verecently added large touch screens to order on. Ran through that process and it broke at time of payment, all while gettingskipped in line. It's never a smooth experience in this place. Coming from the east coast Dunkin has been a staple of ours so it is great to see one in our area, especially considering that... we would drive to DIA every now and then to the store there. Service is okay, sometimes the kids get our orders mixed up butthey are happy to correct. Read more

Customer service one out of five. Not so friendly staff. Not so fresh donuts, placed an early morning order and still received... old food. They gave me more but it isn?t about quantity, quality is preferred. Experience, not enjoyable for myself or my son. Read more

Donuts are always good. Filled with sugar. However the drive through experience is not. Ordered a morning breakfast item and a... couple donuts. It was ready when I drove up. I say that's quick. The girl looks at me with a bored face. Guess what, I open thebag. No breakfast sandwich. Lovely so I circle around and get in. Beats the quick experience of a drive through. Wish there is aKrispy Kreme near by. Read more

Every time we have tried to go to this Dunkin location there is an issue. Issue with the wrong order, items being not in stock,... sandwiches not warm, ground coffee beans at the bottom of each cup, employees who will rush you or do not want to be there. It?sdisorganized and disappointing every time we go in. We always try again hoping for the best but it?s rare that things will gowell. For the young lady working the register this morning, (sorry I took your picture, I didn?t get your name) great job! For anyone... needing to know how to greet customers with sincerity, please come check out this location. Greeted with a huge genuine smilejust as soon as I entered the door. How are you today! smiling the whole time? Very professional in speaking and the mostimportant observation, it was all very sincere and real. If DD corporate office sees this review, she deserves her own franchiseor some type of high level corporate/travel the world training position on how to speak and engage with your customers. What sheportrayed this morning at 5:45am, has been lost in today?s customer service world. Not to mention, while sitting and drinking mycoffee, everyone was very much in the same great mind set! I pre-ordered and paid for eight dozen donuts for pick up at 8 am. Once arrived waited for 10 minutes before anyone could assist... me with picking up my Donuts. I was very specific at the time of placement on what I wanted in each box hence the reason for apre-order. What I got was 8 dozen donuts of plain, stale non consistent donuts and in no way was it what I paid for orrequested. Absolute worst Dunkin Donuts in the area! Read more
