Wow the staff was not friendly ???? They served you Ice Cream but don't expect a greeting, smile or a thank you. My ice cream... was overly soft and semi- runny. She asked if I wanted a lid only so she could scoop the dish and lid together to fit everythingso it wouldn't run out. No spoon either you'll have to figure that out on your own. When you find it you'll have to pull it outof a dirty sticky jar that is labeled spoons. Gross, they definitely need to clean everything, you could see drips of ice creamall over. It's still tasty here, that's true. But they've changed a lot. Gotten rid of a lot of good flavors. They don't let you mix... different flavors together anymore. The prices are way more outrageous than they used to be. They also used to be nicer in thestore but times are rough so what do I know. Read more
This location is always clean and the ice cream is always good (I mean duh). However, I have been getting their icecream cakes... for special events for years now. Every time I have gotten a cake, they always write whatever I need on it for free. That's thefirst thing they ask me at purchase. Last time I got a cake from this location, I asked this kid who was working if he couldjust write happy birthday on it. He told me it would be an extra $20. I asked him if they had changed their policy and he saidit has always been a $20 fee. I toldhim i have never been asked to pay extra and he said that he wouldn't do it until I paid. Iwas desperate so I agreed. Then, he said I would have to wait 30 minutes for the next person to come for their shift because heactually doesn't know how. I told him to forget it and just took my cake as is. Read more
I am really disappointed because I used to love this location. The last time we went it, the kid working was either high or just... not paying attention. He asked me probably ten times what I wanted and still got it completely wrong. We asked for it to befixed and it was wrong the second time as well. The last two times I have gone, their cones tasted like cleaning products (likethey just got sprayed with disinfectant). Not to mention the horrendous stomach aches after. Smells absolutely delicious when you walk in and just as clean. The customer service provided by CJ is certainly 5 stars!
