Ok, fair notice; I don?t personally eat fast food. BUT, everyone else in our family of seven does. This Carl?s Jr. is the one... place that doesn?t mess up the order and labels all their items carefully. They are pleasant and kind and make their items righteach time. I ordered the Santa Fe combo. When I got back to work it was completely soaked, to the point where the bun was disintegrated. On... top of that the chicken was pink/raw. Gross. Don't have the time to go deal with the place, so I guess I'm eating raw, wetchicken with no bun for dinner. Great. Read more
Place is super fast and friendly? I didn?t even get to sit down to dine in and my food was ready and it has always been like... that.. HIGHLY recommend this Carl?s Jr over any other ones I?ve been to. Read more
One thing I can say that separates this Carl's Jr. From others I've been to is I've never had this store mess up my order! Now,... I've ordered from others that have done the same but I frequently come here. At least once a week for lunch for the last threemonths and still haven't been disappointed. Keep up the good work! Made to order, just not the way you ordered. 0-3 on my last few visits... All three times my burger was made with cheese despite... the repeated instruction to not include cheese. At least twice, the order was entered correctly because the reciept showed nocheese, but the cooks either didn't read that or didn't care Read more
Stopped here because I was craving a burger. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was ... less than I remembered... Carl's Jr food being. Not that there was anything inherently wrong with it, but that the burger I ordered was supposed to betheir answer to the Big Mac and it fell decidedly short. I loved the amount of veggies on it, but the bun overwhelmed the meatand cheese considerably. Does anyone remember the old ad campaign: "Where's the beef?" I'm not sure if this is par-for-courseor if they were just trying to unload themselves of larger buns that day. As far as I could tell, the beef was hidden in theresomewhere like a scavenger hunt. Do they have different bun sizes at CJ's between their regular burgers and their $6burgers? If I had to decide whether or not to return to this store based on my experiences with the staff, I'd returnregularly. A bunch of thieves work here including the manager who claims the company is doing shady things and he can?t do anything about... it. When you order a combo that says $8.49. Your total shouldn?t be $10.76. You are the manager fix it. If not you are stealingpeoples money period. What a joke I am so tired of the it?s out of my control mindset.
