Friendly and polite order taker so am giving 2 stars, but they got my meal wrong. It took more than 10 minutes to receive the... food. Most of the drinks at the fountain were not working. The floor was really sticky where someone must have spilled a pop andthe floor was not properly cleaned. Burger King is usually my go-to for fast food, but this was not one of my better trips. Although, this experience was better than the last time I went into this Burger King it is still in need of improvement. The... General Manger nor Manager of the restaurant spoke and did not ask how may I help you. I stood 1-2 minutes before anyrecognition. There were serval workers. Food was prepared slightly better. The worker that did help me was nice. He did notspeak English. It is not the restaurant ( Burger King). It is the people put in place to run the restaurant that bringdifficulty. Read more
They refused to make me a Carmel Frappe for some weird reason. They said they don?t make those anymore but I literally got one... last week. I had to repeat my order 4 times because the guy kept putting French fries on my order. I never ordered French fries.I was the only one inside and waited 10 min for a sandwich and a ice coffee (which wasn?t very good) Burger King has reallydropped the ball the last few years. These were supposed to be "mozzarella sticks". I don't know what this is. Is it even cheese? It's something hard, yellow and... thin inside. Not cheese. As if it's been sitting out for over a day. they will charge your credit card even If it's been one month later. they did this to me 3 times. I never ate at Burger King... especially at this location within the last month because they are rude as hell. today I just looked at my credit card pendingtransactions, and they charged me. I don't know if someone there is saving credit card info to eat lunch, but they are charging.be careful, and their phone don't ring so you can't even call the manager. Read more
Need to train the kitchen staff better I used to be an employee here and they?ve gone downhill since then. How do you put two... top buns on the same sandwich and two bottom buns on a different sandwich over cooked fish as shown in the photos and tomatodoes not come on a big fish sandwich so why is there tomato on here sick of these issues every time I come here something ismessed up this is unacceptable this will be going to Corporate. This is a decent location but the owner Robert is the reason I hate coming here. The fact I just spent 13 bucks on a burger and... this greedy Mr Crabs acting cheapskate still charges for sauce is pathetic. I don?t usually leave reviews, but I couldn?t believe how bad the food was today. I?ve been to this location dozens of times and... I?m not sure why I?ve been back at all when the food is mediocre at best. I think I give fast food restaurants the benefit ofthe doubt with all the stressors that have come up since Covid hit. While my order was correct, the hash browns tasted like theywere fried in bitter oil that was a week old (or more) and the French toast sticks tasted the same (same fryer). Soooo bummed? Ilook forward to the few days I get to splurge and eat out for breakfast, and was so hopeful it would be a good breakfast. Thefood is sitting on my kitchen table and will likely end up in the trash. My breakfast sandwich is good, coke actually tasteslike coke, so gave one extra star for that. Staff was cordial but wouldn?t say pleasant? I?ve watched this BK go downhill foryears, and it used to be my husbands favorite fast food place. Read more
