Manager was yelling at and arguing with staff like there wasn't a dining room full of guests within earshot. Was super awkward.... 9/12 @ about noon. Good chicken nuggets tho. Read more
Typical Arby's. Good fast food but hit or miss whether they get your order correct. My personal experience is, when it's close... to lunch or dinner this Arby's chokes. But any other time they're pretty good at getting you what you ordered. Read more
I don?t usually write reviews, but I came here yesterday after signing a lease at the apartments across the street. I ordered... two turn overs and some other food. I started to drive away and I hear someone saying ?Ma?am! Ma?am!? and see the lovely Justicerunning towards my car. They had forgotten to give me my turn overs. These fast food restaurants are really beginning to look upscale. The place looked clean and oddly comfy, and the workers are... nice and friendly. Funny enough an employee from Carl's Jr came in to buy some food. But In the end it's still a fast foodrestaurant. Read more
We eat at Arby's often as a fast food option. We have never been treated so poorly ever. Ever! There were several mistakes... with the order (missing food, no sauce etc.) We asked for it to be corrected. Tall, skinny "Manager" with dreadlocks came towindow and was extremely nasty in return. Told us "If you don't like it, don't eat here." Then. proceeded to purposely drop ourcredit card outside the window on to the ground. Through the entire exchange he refused to give his name when asked. He toldus his name was "Have a good day". Throughout our time in the drive-thru they also put one piece of food in a single bag and weended up with 6 bags for an order of only a few items. Why so petty? What is happening at this location?? This is before thefood itself, the grease was old, fries were awful and our food was lukewarm at best right out of the window. Read more
