Poorly stocked, lazy workers, typical 7-11
Needed air in my tire this morning. I have a loooong journey ahead of me. It?s 22 degrees. The machine is not working. I ask for... my money back and I?m told to call the company. Not impressed with the customer service in this store. The gal complains thatshe?s tried to tape an ?out of order? sign five times. So here are some ideas. Duct tape over both payment slots. An out oforder sign taped on all sides covering the digital printout. Oh, and also call the company yourselves to get it repaired. Hopethis helps. Read more
