Parker has great Mexican food and my favorite Parker Mexican restaurant so far is Tierra Caliente. I'm no expert on Mexican... cooking but their dishes seem authentic to me. It's certainly not fancy but I personally enjoy the "ambiance." It's what we callin Chicago a joint. No frills, just good food. Read more

I stopped here with my family to try it. The whole staff were sitting down then got up to take my order, but whatever. The... cashier/waitress was rude she did not want to give me togo plates for my food. My chili reno was super dried out the the salsawas gross and the cucumber drink was old. I did not like my experience and sadly I will not be returning back. Everyone was nothappy. Read more

(Cross post from Yelp) I don't understand how this place has the positive reviews it does. It is nothing like Mi Tierra was, and... the woman working there was extremely rude! Like, we just barely sat down as it was our first time there and she said "Are youready to order?!" when we just walked in and sat down as we have never been there before. Then, you had to order by the numberswhich was not explained to us either. She was very unprofessional and should not be working with people. They also messed up myorder when I just wanted a ground beef, cheese and rice burrito and got everything inside of it and not just what I had ordered. If you're going to go get Mexican food, I would highly recommend skipping this place. Won't be coming back here any time soon.If you're coming here from Mi Tierra now that it's closed, don't. The service was terrible and the food was not good at all.Went home to an upset stomach. Great food. Kind and professional service. Feels like a little mom-and-pop operation. The store is small but it looks like it... has the go-to products for their clientele. I would definitely go back. Read more

If you're looking for Mexican food, look no further. This place will not disappoint. I ordered 3 tacos (2 fish, 1 Al pastor)... thinking they would be small. Turns out I couldn't touch my 3rd taco and had to get a to go box. The guy who took my order wasvery friendly to this weto, the young man serving the food was very polite and provided excellent service. The tacos range from$2.50-3.50 depending on what you get. They are not small. They have the best tortillas for sale as well, imported from Mexico.Trust me, store bought is never the same after eating these. I simply heat some up and dip them in mole they're so good. Theyhave a good selection of meats for your next BBQ too. To my handicappe peeps, you shouldn't have any problems here. I like howthey display both the American and Mexican flags too. Enjoy your meal. Read more
