I used to LOVE Potbelly! The shake variety has greatly diminished as have the sandwich toppings... and the 2 kids sandwiches we... purchased today ????; they are 1/2 the size of what they were previously (see picture for size comparison with Doritos bagpurchased there). I asked right before ordering to compare original vs kids and we got way smaller than the kids size theyshowed me! The last 2 times the QA prior to giving my order is sub par - they left out a variety of items. Also in the past fewyears, I?ve had issues with the app - paying in store and the slowness with ordering through the app. I do love the Powerhousesalad; delicious hummus on it! I find it funny/not funny Potbelly?s response to the negative reviews is nothing more than emailus if you have issues and we hope to improve next visit. I really enjoy and love Potbelly's sandwiches, but unfortunately I have to leave this bad review for this location. Today I... ordered 3 sandwiches through DoorDash, mine being a Grilled Chicken. Upon receiving I opened my sandwich and took a bite. Ittasted sour, and the bread was soggy, due to doordash taking almost 30 minutes to deliver the sandwich. When I open the sandwichI found that half the bread was moldy. I notified DoorDash as soon as it happened and they issued the refund. It just amazes methat none of the people preparing the sandwich saw it. Absolutely no quality control. Read more
Quick friendly service. One of the best Potbelly locations around. This place is always clean well-staffed and the food comes... out as you would expect. Parking can be a bit tight but it's a free lot for the most part. Definitely recommend this for a quickbite Read more

Haven't been to Potbelly's in awhile, not a big fan of the "new" layout and look. I'm a customer of the OG location in Lincoln... Park. The sandwiches are as great as they have been for decades, including the added avocado to the Veggie Melt formerly knownas the Mushroom Melt!
