This location is consistently 30 min behind on mobile orders. I?ve ordered in advance 3-4 times now and every single time I?ve... stood waiting 30 minutes beyond pickup time. It is okay that you?re busy but what isn?t okay is that your mobile app continuesto offer pickup times that are consistently not met. Do better to support your staff working their butts off and avoid unhappycustomers. Read more

Wow...a new low. We have lived in Park Ridge for 10years and have always tolerated that the local Chipotle has lacked in many... ways compared to other Chipotle locations. My wife and I went there tonight and were bringing home dinner for the family. Weget up to order and were told we could only order one entree per person and if we needed more we have to get back in line. Reason for this is staffing issues. While I do get the staffing issues...put a sign on the door so we know ahead of time. Then...to make matters worse...the portions were small (smaller than usual). It is what it is...but we will certainly thinkabout going back in the future as things are trending in the wrong direction. It would be nice to see some type of responsesfrom the local management / ownership to show they care. Read more

If you don't have change to give your guests close your business!! Who in their right mind has the nerve to charge people for an... item and then tell them they don't have change to give? Please explain this business model to me! Also please educate your staffon customer service! Read more

Stingy with portion size and whoever makes the guacamole needs help. I rather drive out of my way to another chipotle? They are... probably the worst chipotle in Chicagoland. Always have problems at this location, they suck. Read more

The wait time it?s so ridiculous, they have about 6 employees there who are probably not managed correctly. Also unfortunately... the pandemic has caused them problems with items so they currently don?t have many favorites on the menu . Also parking here isa nightmare , if you are coming here try to do a pick up or come with someone else so you can wait as they look for parking ! Read more

In an amazing community, this may be the most poorly run chipotle in the country. The staff is rude, the service is slow as... molasses, the portions are small, the place is filthy, inventory was clearly low. Do yourself a favor and go to Potbelly nextdoor. Read more

I?ve been to this location twice. They have messed up my order, twice. I hate complaining, let alone on the internet, so I just... dealt with it the first time (which was a week or two ago). The first time I ordered 2 burrito bowls. The orders were made for2 different people, that can?t eat the same things. I was in a rush, so I mobile ordered it to pick up quickly. I get there 30minutes after my pickup time for it not to be ready nor there. When I asked for extra meat or some compensation because itwasn?t ready, the staff argued with me stating that it was taken by someone else but it had been ready. Either way, it shouldn?tbe taken by someone else when they keep their mobile orders behind the counter and therefore, the order was not ready regardlessof why. Not to mention the customer in front of me was happily given a free cup of queso but asking for something for my orderbeing unprepared was too high an ask. I asked them to mark the order that had beans and the spicier sauce so I could tell theorders apart. They marked the one that was spicy and I double checked and asked to confirm to which they begrudgingly insistedit the spicy bowl was marked. Awhile later, after I dropped off the burrito to my friend, and was about to eat mine, I realizedthey marked the bowls incorrectly, so both of us didn?t get the bowl we ordered, because they marked the non spicy bowl and saidthey marked the spicy one. Today, I took my next burrito bowl out of the bag, for it to spill all over the place because thelid was not on tightly. I had added guacamole to my burrito bowl for about $3 extra to get an avocado chunk in my bowl, notguacamole. I would include a photo of this chunk of Avocado (not guacamole) that I can stab with a fork but it won?t let meattach images. $45 and 3 burrito bowls later, needless to say, I wouldn?t recommend this location. I ordered online for pick up and the food was ready 45 minutes late. On top of that, the order included the tacos of a guy in... line (I didn't realize this until I got home). So he was certainly disappointed, too. Many people were in a crowd, waiting,frustrated. I do NOT recommend ordering from this store. Read more
