We ate @Companeros Mexican Restaurant & couldn?t be more pleased. The individual sauces they offer are superb, I?ve never seen... multiple specialty sauces served on a plate & I?ve been out for Mexican style food for 5 decades. The staff were so efficient &friendly, something we?ve not seen in a LONG time. Seating was pretty full but we didn?t wait more than a minute. Very clean &tidy throughout. We came here from a bigger city out of state and saw it was the highest rated Mexican place in the area. With a party of four,... it took a very long time to get us our drinks and chips and salsa, and it took even longer to get to our our orders in.Everything was extremely bland and probably the least authentic Mexican food from a sit-down restaurant that we've ever had.Even the lemonade tasted watered down. The staff was very kind and pleasant in terms of manners, however the service overall wasnot great. Two of our orders were messed up, and it took about twenty minutes after we ordered drinks to get a subpar margarita.Overall it was fine, as nobody was rude, but in terms of timely service and the food, it was not good. If you love Mexican food you certainly won't be disappointed in this place. Fantastic flavors will be prevented to on salsa,... chips, tortillas, burritos or whatever you choose. Great service even on the busiest days. Enjoy this place. Read more

Very clean business. Extremely friendly safe. If you haven't been here; you should try it! They've got some of the best food,... and of course not to mention the homemade chips! If you have never had fried ice cream, or even if you have I'd definitelyrecommend that you give it a try! Oh and they have a bar and great margaritas! Read more
Always a classic place to eat. Very clean business with extremely nice staffing. Prices vary, but you get a lot of food and it's... amazing! Lunch or dinner here is always a good choice. As they're limited with the season, stop in and enjoy some great Mexicanfood! Read more
Great Mexican food up north. Very good service with nice people running the place. OK parking in front of the building and up... and down the main road itself. The chimichunga was very good and a lot of it. Very popular with the locals which is always agood sign. Read more
