The Eating Establishment is my favorite place to eat brunch and breakfast. Their biscuits and gravy are divine. The biscuits are... huge and the gravy is so good. The pork hash skillet is so yummy. THEY SERVED US RAW CHICKEN!!! Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience here. My hamburger came out with blood soaking the... buns and fries (see my plate above in picture). I was grossed out but tried to eat a few bites since is was a $21 burger. Idecided I was done when my daughter-in-law mentioned that her chicken was raw. RAW!!! My 9 year old son had also ordered thechicken and finished a whole chicken tender before we notice his was raw, also. The manager refunded the chicken and burgerthen 50% off the rest of our meal. I honestly feel like she should have refunded the whole meal since we all lost our appetites.The manager explained that the cook was new. GREAT, glad he was cooking my food. Cozy little restaurant located in the heart of Main Street. I came here with my family looking for a brunch spot with outdoor... seating. We came across “The Eating Establishment.” The outside dining wasn’t very big, but it was well decorated andshaded with hanging plants and umbrellas. It made the outdoor area very inviting. Our waiter was Alfredo, and he was awesome!!He made our first sit down eating experience in Salt Lake very welcoming. I could tell that Alfredo loves what he does and hissmile says it all. This place offers a variety of brunch items, which is what we were looking for at 1 in the afternoon lol.Best of all they also offer cranberry-and-orange mimosas, which we gladly enjoyed. I ordered the homemade biscuits and gravy,with country potatoes. They were actually pretty good being that I’m picky with biscuits and gravy. The family and I lookforward to our next trip to Salt Lake City and we will definitely be looking for Alfredo at The Eating Establishment. Read more
We ended up with a fairly large crew with a lot of children and everyone enjoyed their meal at the Eating Establishment! While... it was busy in the restaurant, our food came out very fast and was really good! One of the kiddos in our crew even said it wasthe best French toast he'd ever had. But if your looking for a great atmosphere and good home style eats, look no... further. this is the place for breakfast in Park City and there is no argument. Today, i got the Farfelle and Egg Scrmable, mywife got the pork has skillet and they where amazing. so fresh and so good. the service was fast and friendly, just as it isevery time we go. absolutely loves the Vanilla Latte and the fire and just relaxing with my wife and enjoying the amazingatmosphere.
