I usually don?t post reviews but we just had the worst experience at this Starbucks since we?ve moved to Park City. An older... woman was working and instead of telling us she was out of oat milk, she took our money and proceeded to make the drink with 2%milk. We have a child with a life threatening dairy allergy. When I informed her of this she said they were out of oat milk andshe just ?chose the lesser of two evils?. She did not apologize and when I asked her for a refund since there was nothing elsewe could subsitute with, she just continued to serve other customers and disregard us. Had I not had a gut feeling and watchedher make the drink my child could have had a serious reaction and it would have cost us thousands in medical bills. Read more

Went up to look at the menu for a couple of minutes to see what I was going to order the employee knew I was their and the... moment I was going to order she said they were closed.They close at 8:00pm it was 7:00pm. Read more
Been coming to this particular Smith's Starbucks for about 20 yrs. Wow what a low to none customer service today! Waitied 14... minutes in line with 2 people AHEAD of me. Got to order two things the 3rd was a refill. Today, Diana the Latina/Hispanicbarista refused my refill. I asked after all this time waiting. why are you all a$$hats to your customers and do not want toadd refill to my order? She entered an argument with me, stating YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR ATTITUDE ELSEWHERE BECAUSEMY DAY HERE HASBEEN A HELL! Indeed I will, and went on talking to Jose the manager of Smith's. Dear Starbucks, a written up disciplinaryaction is in order, and be sure to eliminate baristas WITH AN ATTITUDE because as I was INSTRUCTED BY DIANA I went to spend my$15 ELSEWHERE.
