Bit disappointed to be made to feel in the wrong when my sandwich didn't come out, because I asked for the receipt and it was... handed to me at the register. How am I supposed to know they need the receipt to make and call the order then I get it with thesandwich! First time in this business as I'm from overseas. But speak English very well so it wasn't a language thing. Yourstaffs inability to explain the process is not really my fault and tbh not my problem. We came in late on Sunday, 1 hour before closing. The staff was on point, friendly and understanding of my wife's celiac... disease. They cleaned the whole space and changed gloves to prep her meal. They were knowledge of celiac disease. The store isclean and conveniently located. Food was ready quick and on point without any issues. Read more
The food is great as usual but WHY can we not just dine in for crying out loud?!? We can crowd all around each other in the... lobby that?s 10 square feet while waiting for our order, but can?t sit at a table that?s 8 feet apart from someone else. Get onboard or off, but not the middle. I?m here from out of town and don?t have a place to go to and sit and eat. Also don?t act soput out when I ask you for a straw for the drink I ordered. I asked the lady taking my order how I get points for their rewards program. Her response. Sorry you have to do that before you... order. We forget to ask a lot so you need to remind us. Wow. That?s terrible customer service. Just glad this isn?t my localJimmy John?s. I?m not too hopeful for a delicious sandwich if that is their attitude. I?ll be reporting this to corporatetoo.
