My husband and I are both gluten free, and we were vacationing in Park Cities, looking for some local and delicious gluten free... food. This place was a wonderful treat, so many gf options! He ordered the gf Belgian waffle with cherries on top, it was sogood!!! Reminded me of cherry cobbler. I had a gf biscuit with a poached egg, bacon, avocado and tomato, also very delicious!!My husband also enjoyed an order of deviled eggs. The restaurant was cozy inside with a fireplace, they left the door open onto the charming patio. We ended up staying and chatting with the chef and the owner and enjoyed getting to know them. Theyinvited us to dine at their sister location, 501, the next day. And that did not disappoint either! Great lunch and continuedour conversation with the owner, who is a delight! We had a great meal at Crafted! Everything we had was beautiful and delicious. I wouldn\'t have known that it was gluten-free,... necessarily. The only drawback was the time we waited for our server. I think we caught them at an odd time when the staffingwas overwhelmed for a little bit. Read more

Crab cake Benedict was fishy and old tasting on a weird mealy piece of bread. Bacon and avocado Benedict lacked flavor andserved on the same mealy bread. Needed more bacon and seasoning. My husband and our family have been here a couple of times now and really love it! Everything we have tried has been really... good. Our favorites are the Lox of Love and the Anaya?s Breakfast Sandwich (with egg). The breakfast potatoes are also some ofthe best I?ve had - not too crispy yet not too soft/soggy. When searching google this morning for brunch joints in park city, Crafted looked promising. When we arrived we were slightly... confused as their banner sign was hidden behind a lot of outdoor furniture. We could tell it was dining furniture but withoutthe sign being visible it was hard to tell if we were in the right place, as this restaurant is located on the ground floor of ahotel. We walked through the very narrow entrance with lots of outdoor pots, and arbor and a bench made from cinder blocks,still unsure if we had found the right location.\nWe found the front door and walked in to a very nice restaurant. Very cleanand well designed. The menu was a little confusing, but once we figured it out we were excited to order banana pancakes andsteel cut oatmeal. There were only two other guests total in the restaurant. So we chose a seat and were promptly greeted by anice young women to ask our drink order. She answered our menu questions and was so kind. Our food took a little longer thanexpected, just knowing that the restaurant was empty, but when the food did arrive it was hot and fresh. The food was amazing.My husbands oatmeal did come without honey and cream and only one black berry, unlike the menu stated. But it was stilldelicious. My pancakes were hot and so tasty. I loved them. The bacon was to die for. Best bacon iv ever had! I think I\'mreviewing because the food was so good and we had driven past a similar vibe restaurant in the area and it was PACKED! Like 30people waiting to get in, so we found Crafted and the customer photos online looked really good. I felt bad the place wasn\'tbusier and I wanted them to know if they cleaned up the initial outdoor presentation a little more I think it would go a longway. And also had more visible signage.
