I'm not a huge fan of wings but my husband is, so we came out here for date night. Our order was taken by Paula, from the get go... she was incredibly hospitable, kind, and quickly picked up on our indecisiveness! She let us know all of the selections thatbest met what we were looking for as well as her incredible recommendations! Not only was the food incredible(especially comingfrom a wing hater) but the experience was the so wonderful and personable. Food was prepared fresh while we waited. It was delicious. Especially the parmesan boneless wings.
Ordered 100 wings on the app. Arrived at the restaurant 30 mins later. Wings were ready just few minutes after we arrived and... they were cooked perfectly, and the customer service was amazing. Last time we ate here, the wings were rubbery and gross, andthe service was even worse. Not sure who changed things, but excellent job! We will be back! Read more
This place is on the up and up. I've always enjoyed the food, wife doesn't like their fries/sides I don't mind, but their... service and cleanliness, has been underwhelming. However, lately it's been much better. I'm sure it's dependent upon managementand the staff, so hopefully it's a better work environment bc service and restaurant is better. Customer service was great. The young black lady taking orders was professional and was sure to get our order correct. The... other young lady in the kitchen had attitude. A gentleman asked if he could get more seasoning on his fries. The kitchen ladylooked at him crazy and walked off. Then she doubled back and gave him a super load of seasoning. Only complaint about myorder was the garlic parmesan chicken had only parmesan on it. No garlic sauce. Read more
This Wingstop is always generous with whatever seasoning is intended for the purchased item. It is my favorite Wingstop location... because of that. If I could change one thing about it, it would be the sticky floors. Read more
