Terrible service. And couldn't get my order right twice
I was in the drive-thru probably 15 minutes. When I got to the speaker, they said they were only taking cash, so I had to leave.... They need to tell people before they wait a lengthy time in the drive-thru. Read more
Went tonight and the service was horrible. The lady that took my order said she couldn?t hear me and to me to pull up. Once I... made it to the window I was greeted by the manager Jordan. Jordan proceeds to tell me they couldn?t take my order because I usedprofanity. I just really don?t appreciate being lied on. If you couldn?t hear me for my order how were you able to hear mecurse?? One star cause food was good. Service was bad, floors were sticky and dirty, most tables were turned so you had limited seating,... no ice in coke machine and no diet coke. They said they were out but I feel they were too lazy to change it out. Was offeredbottle, but the prices you pay, I wanted refills. Staff working were more about gossiping about other staff than attending toorders. Waited a good 30 seconds before asked my order, and no one was in front of me. Watched as people walked out cause ofslow service and staff walking off the line to what I can see. It is a shame. No pride in the store nor the job or care forcustomers. Read more
