Worst place I've ever eaten by far!!! Everything except the salad bar & ice cream from the machine tasted terrible and the food... from the bar was what you would expect from a place serving free food. Correction, I've eaten from many places serving free foodthat was much better! I can't express how disappointed we were to pay for a meal from a restaurant, to have mini corn dogs,leathery smoked sausage, fish filets that I couldn't cut into, and meat loaf that only had flavor from the burnt crust on top!Not to mention the piece of someone's hair on my son's serving of meat loaf, ugh! This restaurant used to be so amazing.. We left not impressed the service was poor. The food was nasty everything was either... cold or burnt. The lady that cooks in the dessert bar was eating all the food behind the counter in front of all the customers.The ice cream machine wasn?t functioning properly customers would get ice cream and just dump it out on the machine afterwards. Edit 4yrs later..It's even worse! Plates were wet and couldn't finish meal after tasting disinfectant and dishwater. There was... a partially eaten fried chicken leg just laying in the middle aisle that I witnessed the Manager and three employees walk righton by like that's where that chicken leg belonged. maybe i didn't ever get their best items, but i have never liked this restaurant and i never want to go back. i will say that... the fried chicken thighs are good, but everything else i had was below average and the corn was downright inedible. the buildingin general looks and feels very unclean (my sister's knife was also dirty straight from the package), which i admit generallycomes with the buffet experience but it still downgrades the customer's experience. this establishment has been in paris for along time and is something many people go to for a nice get together with family and friends, but i am saying personally i wouldrather eat mcdonald's in a wal-mart parking lot than eat at this restaurant again. only 2 stars because the staff werefriendly. the food is just really not great. i don't see the point in going to this establishment for something i could getbetter for the same price in the same town. also the ice is terrible Read more
I don't understand how in the world they got an A on their inspection. Just look at the ceiling near the kitchen door between... the desert bar and the steak grill. That light and vent is caked in dust. There are cob webs and dust everywhere, it's gross.And the food isn't good. It's edible but tasteless,dry, and stale. Our waitress barely checked on us. Maybe It's the day wecame, I'm not sure, but I'm not satisfied. Read more
Selection was great, but I called ahead to reserve for 12 and they didn't have tables ready so we had to accommodate by moving... some tables ourselves. Good food as long as it's fresh and a ton of options. Read more
We went Sunday, there was 4 of us. The service was Awesome, especially our waitress Whitney! The food was delicious, Except for... the steak ????....I normally LOVE the steak, but it was bland & so tough. I usually eat 2 one for the meal & one for dessertlol, but I couldn't even finish the one. They definitely dropped the ball on that Sunday. Walked in and there wasn't a single clean table. Floors were covered in food all around the tables. The plates were wet. Dried... spaghetti, along with other food that had been sitting out way too long. The handles of the serving utensils were sitting inthe food. ???? I feel like the staff needs better support from their managers/supervisors. Staff should've been cleaning insteadof visiting with one another. Could be a much nicer place! Still loved the ice cream and pie. Grandfather loved his steak. Read more
