Had. Sign up saying no classic crust pepperoni or cheeze pizza. Asked if they were having supply issues. As we do in paris...oh... no the Management said they needed to sell the extra most bestest stuff ..or close early and go home. I call BS to that they areknow for the classic hot and ready pizzas, you want to up sell some thing train your staff. They had little kids (7 or 8)running the counter...grandma(not the Manager) was working in the back. The plase was dirty and the staff was all new from lastmonth. Will not be returning until things change. Read more
My daughter ordered a pizza with very light sauce and when she got it, it had a lot of sauce so she took it back in and the... young lady who made the new pizza for her let her see house much sauce she was using so as to make sure it wasn't too much andshe took extra care in making it for her. She gave excellent customer service. Read more
Friendly staff. Unfortunately that's where the good experience stops. I ordered a large stuffed crust cheese pizza. I... unfortunately didn't feel comfortable checking the box because of other people in the store coughing. I got it home (30 minutesaway). I got a pizza that looked like a kindergarten student made it. It wasn't the right size and looked like a complete mess.Store didn't answer when I called three times, tried to call customer service number but that's only open Mon-Fri and then triedthe Facebook messenger app. Didn't get a response for a long time. Then it told me to contact the customer service number. Isaid it wasn't open and the response was to call Monday... I hope they are willing to do something about this. Ordered at 8:00pm online dios Ott would be ready by 8:26-8:31 never got notified by app it was ready and went in and asked about... it and they said inn it's way. 20 min later still no pizza butt others were walking in ordering at the register aver prayingabed leaving in 5 min with their orders. Watched while the prep boxed up 10 premade pizzas to sell walkin customers and still myorder and a lady before (made online)order still never came out. I finally got my pizza at 9pm, 1 hr later. Ordered half pepperoni and half cheese bread. I got something else. Half pepperoni and half something I tasted it , it wasn't... good. I wasn't driving 25 miles back to let them know. Their phone is messed up. I should have looked at it before I left. Read more
Could not reach them by phone. Did delivery which was fine however very expensive. Almost 30 dollors for one pizza. but they did... not do my toppings correctly. Missed mushrooms completely and left on side just with cheese. At least extra cheese was there.Missing one piece cause I tried it. Why cant people fall directions Read more
What a bunch of slop. My wife just brought home 4 pizzas, and the dough on each of them are raw in the middle. Like play doh... raw. One stuffed pretzel crust isn't even brown, and the crust wasn't even pulled over the cheese stuffing. Read more
It's decent (not spectacular)for a quick, cheap meal. Service... can't say a lot since I order online but they have never been... "friendly" just sort of indifferent. But, this is one instance I am not looking for great service since I do order online. Read more
