Waited in the drivethru for more than 10 minutes during a non peak time. No cars in front of me and only one car in parking lot.... Usually I would have driven off but I was craving this particular places chicken. I was hoping to get a hit on this hit or missplace. Unfortunately today it was a miss. I had a terrible experience. Terrible customer service. I fully paid for my delivery and never got it. It's even worse when I... think I tipped the driver for it. Be very careful when ordering deliveries. I'll definitely make no orders in the future. Read more

This place has a lot of potential to be better. Long wait times, not a lot of staff, the food is a hit and miss. The first time... we went in it was good. Still had a long wait time though. I'm talking almost an hour. To top it off, I went in yesterday andthe food was cold and very dried out. I ordered the golden tenders, and they were just dried up and shriveled. It was verydisappointing after almost an hour of waiting. All in all, this place does have good food and potential, but it is more of ahit and miss right now. I hope to give 5 stars eventually! Filthy women's restroom. No toilet paper (thank goodness for flushable wipes in my purse) . Smelled like urine. 2 lightbulbs... that barely worked. No hook to put purse. Dining room floor was filthy as well. Read more
