The last 3 times they?ve messed up our orders and fries are old and cold and disgusting. Then when I called upset for obvious... reasons , the guy said he couldn?t take my order over the phone and they would make my order hot & fresh in the store when I gotback. I fired right back and told him it was cold and old when I got it so what?s the difference?! Sorry customer service and Iwill not be back to the Paris location. Messed up my burger & drink too. For a burger king, our has drastically improved. I enjoy going here now and don't feel like I have bathed in grease after eating... it. The upgrade was much needed here and it's much much better than it was before. Read more

After a recent remodel (the place did look nicer) we ate a lunch that was a completely disappointing. It was maybe 1:30-2:00 PM... (not busy), there was plenty of people working and the food was only room temperature. The fries were a little warmer, but notby much. The lady at the counter who took our order was in training and very nice. We didn't say anything at the time (I haveno idea why...) but I sent in a comment to Burger King's webpage. Someone contacted me fairly quickly and said they would askthe store to contact me and give a refund. After about two weeks I never heard anything from the Paris store. I sent an emailback to whoever at Burger King had wrote me and asked about my refund - truly, I didn't care if I got a refund, I kind of wantedsome sort of acknowledgement from the actual store. The webpage lady said she had contacted the store again and I should hearfrom them. After another month, nothing. I wrote back to Burger King and told that I'd never heard a word and that it seemedthat whoever managed the Paris Burger King evidently didn't care. My solution is to never return again. Back many years ago(the late 70s/early 80s) the Paris Burger King had EXCELLENT food and I ate there often. Too bad nobody cares about theircustomers anymore... Read more

Ammonia in drinks? I'm not being funny. Our lemonade tastes like ammonia if not straight up pee. They've gotten our order wrong... 5 times in a row. I am currently by the toilet getting sick. They used to be good but they're on our NEVER AGAIN lists. Read more

So today I went to Burger King to try and get lunch?. Waked in and waited in line. There one only one person in front of me. He... was done and I waiting for the cashier to atlest make eye contact with me. He didn?t at all and ordered his lunch I guess andstepped around the counter and waited for his food. I was like ok I?ll wait for someone else?. Well a little time has passed andthe employee got his food and still no one made any effort or checked on me for me to make an order. The guy originally at thecounter got his food while standing beside me. I left I don?t believe they employee that was standing with me even looked at meor even asked if I was helped Service like this is why a 2 million dollar remodel will not help you guys. At this point thatwas a waste of a remodel should have invested it into training! Read more

Well, we were excited to have some Burger King for nostalgic reasons. But this will absolutely be our first and last visit to... Gen Z zombie land forever. Seriously we were starred down by the entire resturant staff in the drive through while they weredoing what seemed like their company pow-wow to talk about their feelings. So uncomfortable. All equally seemed clueless asscared of customer service. Needless to say. It made a very odd end to our day. Seriously Burger King. I really enjoyed bringing my kids here to play, and eat lunch or sometimes dinner. That is until today. I?ve had very mediocre... experiences with the staff times before, but the experience today too outrageous to ignore. The lack of customer care from thestaff, including shift management, is egregious. This is not a winning franchise location, and I say that with all duerespect. Ex. I ordered using the app, since my kids were playing. After 5 minutes or so I go check on the order. Afterinquiring when it should be ready I was told they didn?t have my order. Once we cleared that it was ordered, instead ofaddressing the mix up they chose to paint me as the problem because I didn?t come up and tell them I was there. After brushingthat off, and give them time to complete the order, I return 5 minutes later with my two year old in-tow only to find the orderhas been bagged. To wit they respond, ?Well, it has drive-thru on the receipt!? Even though she LITERALLY just acknowledged myorder just 5 minutes before. But the cherry on top happened as I?m getting the drinks for my kids and me. The shift managerdecides that just bringing my tray over and leaving it on the drink station was sufficient customer care. I had a hand full ofdrinks in my hand AND my two year old son in my arms, and she didn?t think to help me get it to my playing kids in the PlayArea. It wasn?t her responsibility, but she showed who was important to her. Enjoy at your own risk. It?s a sufficientlocation, however don?t expect much on the service side. Maybe just use the drive thru only if you can bear it. But that?s onlymy opinion. Also, ownership of this location, feel free to reach out to me if it matters. Thanks. Read more
