I witnessed the Server being verbally rude to a customer and rolled her eyes as she walked away. The customer had a speech... Impediment, and the server was rushing them and showing her annoyment toward them rather than showing patients and making themfeel comfortable. Because of this behavior, l will not be going back, nor would l recommend this establishment. It doesn't costanything to be kind. Read more
Awful, will not go back to this location. Ever. We were in the drive thru for 30 min trying to get two iced capps. We finally... get to the window, they hand us one drink which is not what we ordered, tell us they can't take it back (which is fair - healthreasons etc.), give us one iced capp and then close the window... without giving us the rest of our order or saying anythingabout making our other drink. First time at this Tim Hortons location, we came yo Paris to visit some friends. The establishment was clean and well... maintained. The staff were, polite helpful and friendly. The staff there are great and food/service are good. But wasps!!! The management really needs to get a handle on the wasp... situation there. There were at least a dozen dead wasps in the window sill, and live wasps flying around inside the dining areaof the restaurant. It?s a real problem. ???????? Read more

The worst Tim?s I have ever been too. Waited 20 minutes for 4 cars in the drive through, they made me wait 10 minutes at the... window when I just got 2 coffees. Then when I get to the window all they do is talk to each other and don?t do any work. Willnever go back there. Straight pathetic Read more
I went through the drive-through and they gave me the wrong drink. I went back through to get the correct drink and the girl at... the window refused to take the Incorrect drink back. She said they can't take garbage back..ummmm it's the incorrect drink yougave me not garbage....she ripped it from my hand so forcefully I now have hot tea dripping down my arm...perhaps train youremployees to not have temper tantrums.
