My order is usually always screwed up in some way or another. Tonight, I got a medium fry instead of the large I paid for.... Didn't get my dipping sauce, and my nuggets were dried out like they wereover cooked or sitting out too long. Girls behind thewindow were just chatting away. After a long day I just wanted something easy and now I'm still hungry. And money wasted. Read more
There was a line up of one ahead and we waited over 15 minutes for a hamburger, quarter pounder, medium fries, coffee and tap... water. The dining area was a mess, tables cleaned but two tables have stools and they were scattered and the floor was filthy. Read more
Easily the worst McDonalds. Consistent order mixups, wrong items, misses, and the receipt is regularly missing so I can't review... internally. I've addressed this to two managers, and they hand out coupons for free stuff that they get wrong again anyways.Managers, face the problem humbly and embrace a constructive culture where your staff hold each other accountable and yourcustomers will be satisfied. Place is very clean, staff is friendly and also offers digital server to take your orders. Online orders for pick up is also... available. Wheelchair accessible, Uni gender washrooms, reserved parkings and curbside pick up as well so for the small townthis McD has a lot to offer. Coffee was fresh and muffins were also just made, I hope that goes for everyone. Read more
Sorry, but the service at this location, late night was super shabby. No one even came to the speaker in drive-thru for 9... minutes and then it took another 4 minutes to pay and receive two coffees. Better to just shut it down early if you can't staffyour restaurant adequately to service your patrons. I will give an extra star to the staff for apologizing for their delay,however, their excuses were pretty weak. At least acknowledge the cars sitting at the speaker and not let people sit for nearlyten minutes. Read more
DO NOT bother up sizing your fries here. This is the only McDonald's I go to that consistently rips me off. My pic is of a large... fry - I paid extra and still basically only got a medium. Just don't bother spending the money!! Read more
For what it is, we are always happy with our service and the quality of food. The inside is too small, but they are moving to a... bigger location soon, so problem solved! Also, this is the only location where we have always got what we ordered. No errors...ever. Read more
