Took over 20 minutes to get our "hot n ready" pizzas.
This place has gone down hill recently. I order my lunch an hour or more in advance and still have to wait for my food even... though it?s in the warmer ready to go.the girl working up front has no idea what she is doing and looks lost.i will most likelygo to papa John?s or dominos from now on. Had to wait almost 30 min for pizza and bread sticks. The pizza's weren't cut well at all, some places not even cut at all.... Pizza was thrown into box, crust was bent upwards from the back of the box. Pizza was cold and bread sticks under cooked. Hateto complain but for $37 I'm going to say something. Read more
Okay so in my city at the location where Little Caesars is it is inside of a gas station called go time pretty awesome for real... I mean it's a One-Stop shop they have a drive-thru for both go time as well as Little Caesars you know all wrapped up into onedrive through so you can either drive through and get your pizza and whatever else you might need from Little Caesars but youcan also add whatever you needed from the gas station cigarettes lottery tickets drinks or whatnot and the food at LittleCaesars is absolutely amazing plus they have a testers also located inside that's amazing however the Little Caesars location inParis on Main Street is horrible for anyone out there that is going to go there and hasn't been there before well if you'regoing to go there I guess you haven't been there before because it's absolutely horrible not only is the customer service pooras s*** but the store is disgusting the food is never done on time the last time I went there I had to wait for 25 minutesoutside of the store my car after I went through the drive-thru and ordered a $5 hot and ready so it's behind ready man well Ihave to wait 25 minutes you know but yeah so my advice to you is if you're in Paris quickly turn around and find somewhere elseto eat Cynthiana stop by go time grab something from Chester's or Little Caesars you'll thank me later I swear Read more
This place has drastically gone down hill in the time that it's been in the new store. The pizzas are half cooked and the sauce... is horrible tasting! I'm not really sure what they have done to change but they need to put it back how they had it before. It'sgross now! It's making people sick. I do NOT recommend to anyone to go here and eat. Worst experience at a Little Caesar or drive thru, for that matter. Waited on our "Hot & Ready" items for an HOUR!! We watched... while others would come and go, and still we waited. Finally, after 40 minutes, they brought half the order!! Another 20minutes and we finally had our entire order!! Read more
Giving one star review is very generous. My husband placed an order at 11:20 on 5/27 for a pickup at 11:45. He arrived on time... and was told to pull around and they would bring the pizza out to him. After 20 minutes of waiting he went inside to get arefund because he had then spent his entire lunch break waiting on a pizza he didn't receive. The manager could not refund onhis card so they had to give him cash out of the drawer. The manager then proceeded to tell him they had to remake our order andit was given to someone else the first time and again the second time. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Beingshort staffed is no longer an excuse, that is lazy and irresponsible. If you are unable to provide adequate service to yourcustomers due then it is time to shut down. Everytime we come to this place for hot and ready pizza we have to wait at least 20 minutes to get it.
