My family brought KFC home after a day full of doctors appointments. Where we live there are no fast food places near us (about... 45 minutes from this location). When we got the food home, we noticed that the chicken was incredibly burnt. We called, and thestaff had the audacity to argue with us. After explaining that we would not be driving 45 minutes to return our food, we foundno solution. We asked the person we spoke on the phone with for their name to report their attitude, and they said ?I am notlegally obligated to tell you my name?. Went there got food through drive-thru. Went to the window ro pay the messed up the oders and then we gave them 2 $5 and the... price was $7.42 give or take bc no receipt with no change back.
