I would give this place zero stars if I could. I would like to warn future customers of the rat problem at this establishment.... Products have been moved in an attempt to avoid contamination The manager, is an incredibly unhelpful person. Maybe if she choseto train her employees and keep a clean store instead of leaving them to learn on their own the place would have better serviceand a higher set of standards. Read more

I ordered a sandwich specifically NOT toasted got the sandwich it was all toasted so I requested it to be remade to which they... told me they had to call a manager to ask if they could remake my sandwich (never heard of this before) apparently the managersaid they couldn't remake the sandwich because I ordered a sandwich that was called a melt even though I requested it not betoasted. They get my order wrong Everytime so should have expected it. Don't waste your money. Read more

ordered online at 7:30 order was supposed to be ready at 8. worker laughed when I told her I had an online order she was talking... to another customer instead of making our meal. we waited til 8:20 for our meal. there were no other customers the whole time wewaited. my time and my childs time is more valuable than sitting in a subway parking lot waiting on a way over priced sub. Every time I've went to Paris subway the order is never right. And forget about the app......don't follow special instructions... or the app cancels the order. No good to complain nothing is ever done. Better off going to a different subway even if you haveto travel 15 miles out of the way. Read more
